There is a Russian Book Store next to the restaurant where MJ is working at, which is at the same location of the car stunt. In addition to that, if it was Electro, where is Jamie Foxx? If it's Rhino, there is a good chance the whole thing is CGI so they don't need Paul in person.

The 'Russian Bookstore", right next to Cafe MJ is working in, and right behind where one car was dropped onto another.

There is a Russian Book Store next to the restaurant where MJ is working at, which is at the same location of the car stunt. In addition to that, if it was Electro, where is Jamie Foxx? If it's Rhino, there is a good chance the whole thing is CGI so they don't need Paul in person.

Sometimes they blend two scenes together studio/and on location. Foxx could be doing his part on the Sony studios lot.

the rest will be maybe green screen work or like above said location, would probably help to keep rhino a secret or at least his look

Yeah, though it isn't exactly like in SM1, because we never really saw MJ as an actual waitress, just leaving the place, which was a dinner, while the new place looks like a coffee shop or something. That seems like it would suit a teenage MJ.

You're kidding yourself if you didn't think she was a waitress, though.

As many others have said, people who want to be models, actresses and whatever work as waitresses in the meantime in many cases. At least from what I've heard (not only here).

So I wouldn't join the "They copy Raimi!!" bandwagon because of that.

And that cliche idea of a wannabe actress working as a waitress needs to go. If Webb didn't want the cliche nerd gimmick for Peter Parker, why not change up MJ?
