The amazing thread of Uniforms and Logos - Part 2

Charlotte going with purple throwbacks this upcoming season:

The only thing going for the Hornets are their uniforms and Miles Bridges

XFL has released the logos and team names for the 8 teams who'll be a part of the 2020 season. Definitely not as bad as I was expecting.

So the XFL is coming back? And that league that just folded is not?
Huh.

Those names are all so generic, and outside of maybe the Houston team could be team names in any city in the country. They're all like the other entries who lost in some real team's "Name the Team" contest

I’m surprised they didn’t put a team in Birmingham, or Richmond.

Blazers will be wearing their throwback jerseys that honor their 1977 championship team:

Clippers going with a throwback to their Buffalo Braves days:

Cleveland Cavaliers going with throwback to their black/orange/light blue days:

Utah Jazz going with their purple throwbacks from the late 90s:

I don’t dig the notion of teams wearing their former locations/names. Are the Thunder going to have a SuperSonics throwback look?

Oregon unveiled new uniforms today, showcasing Nike's new uniform template while also celebrating the 20th anniversary of Oregon's Nike logo and uniform redesign in 1999. It's mainly subtle changes from last season's uniforms but it included a couple new uniforms that feature the return of their old dark green color. For the first time in a while, they don't have a black uniform in the mix (although there are rumors of one possibly showing up later on this season.)
