They could play a film as the first Captain Marvel dying from his cancer and training Carol after accidentally empowering her. That'd be pretty cool, IMO.

Hopefully Marvel Studios will break the trend of crappy superheroine movies.

Speaking of Coulson, what about they scene that has been mentioned a few times in the past, where him and other SHIELD agents armed with confiscated, Tesseract-power HYDRA weapons from WWII fight off some aliens who have attacked the Helicarrier? Any news on wether that's happening or not? I'd like to see Coulson and other non-superpowered SHIELD personel kicking some ass.

This re-introduction of Ms. MARVEL as CAPTAIN MARVEL and the alteration of her costume to be less revealing suggests to me that there may indeed be plans in the near future to introduce the character in the MCU.

I agree with Poni Boy that I would hate to see the original Kree CAPTAIN MARVEL left out of the loop or under-represented. What I would like is for him to be a major character in a future movie in which he dies (having passed on his abilities to her of course) and then she joins THE AVENGERS in a sequel.

I will complain about stuff but most of the stuff that i don't like about caps suite aren't make or break. Most of us will eventually accept and enjoy what we got. I'll will cry over spilled milk but i'll still drink whats left in the carton.

Well if that's the new Ms Marvel/Captain Marvel design, I think it's hideous. I don't know what the hell they were thinking. Looks like an early 90's reject. Her hair is one of the worst things about it. That's just me though.

I like it, since as I said earlier, it's exactly like mine (minus the color)... lol But that's ok it's a preference after all!

No probs. Though it probably looks better on you than it does on her. The first pic especially, it just doesn't suit her face. And to me her costume looks like an old Bucky throw off with a bit more colour and her red sash on. That's my problem with it. People may argue that the 'swimsuit' costume was perhaps exploitative, but for my money it had a better sense of style and was a lot more elegant than this one.
