[/SPOILER]

So even though the aliens are [BLACKOUT]the chitauri[/BLACKOUT], do they count as like a branch of [BLACKOUT]the skrulls[/BLACKOUT]? I'm sure even though they aren't impactful per se in this movie, they have to be a small part of something bigger right?

Well the thing is the [BLACKOUT]Chitauri from the Ultimates universe aren't really the same thing as the 616 Skrulls.[/BLACKOUT] People often make that mistake, even people involved with Marvel, but it's simply not so... But in answer to your question, [BLACKOUT]there is nothing in the movie that would suggest they have something to do with the Skrulls. Their impact comes from being one of the alien forces that Thanos is using for his plans, [/BLACKOUT]whatever those may be.

Hey has anybody noticed Marvel has changed some of Hulk's stats lately?

now he is listed at 7'-8' depending on version (green/savage) so it puts him more in line with Avengers Hulk (savage i presume) and also weighs 1400lbs instead of 1000. Also I like this line cause it explains Hulk superspeed vs. leaping:

"The Hulk uses his superhumanly strong leg muscles to leap great distances. The Hulk has been known to cover hundreds of miles in a single bound and once leaped almost into orbit around the Earth. The Hulk can also use his superhumanly leg muscles to run at super speeds, although his legs have limitless strength he does not have limitless speed and once he reaches a certain speed his legs become too strong and destroy the ground giving him no friction to run on, therefore he jumps to travel."

Get his lineage straight because it's important.
[BLACKOUT]Thanos[/BLACKOUT] is basically the ugly son in an otherwise "perfect" family.
That has ramifications into his psyche and why he is how he is.
Remember that in earth the Eternals and Deviants were enemies.

Also thinks this classifies as another ability of Hulk especially compared to Thor:

"The Hulk can slam his hands together creating a shock wave, this shock wave can deafen people, send objects flying and extinguish fires. His thunderclap has been compared to hurricanes and sonic booms."

That sounds like his "Gamma Wave". Or maybe his Gamma Tornado.

This just made me laugh so hard for some reason. Is Thor saying what I think he is to him?

Just noticed something in the new IM vs Thor clip...
after IM Powers up to 475% he actually shoots beams from both hands AND his chest piece...is that considered a Unibeam blast or is that only when he charges up to release ONLY a chest piece blast?

I was hoping they'd get Thor to say "I SAY THEE NAY!!" sometime in the next movies.

Looks like we now have the IM vs Thor clip up officially on youtube (via MarvelUK channel) in beautiful HD:

Thanks for the HD link! That could quite possibly be the most beautifulest (yes I know that's not a real word) thing that I have EVER seen. My wallet is going to be in a LOT of pain that weekend.

Yeah, that's comic book dream come true.:word:

Very brief new snippet w/ Cap staring Tony down and Thor twirling Mjolnir

Thanks for posting the Thor vs, Iron Man clip in HD. It shows some details better.

[BLACKOUT]The fight is really brutal. When they fly up to the mountain Iron Man pushes Thor with face forward against the mountain and drags him the mountainside up til Thor turns the fight to his favor again with an ellbow hit. But the best is Thor gets no single scratch from. [/BLACKOUT]

I'm not going to watch this clip (nor the Loki & Fury one), because I've been spoiling myself too much and I think it's time I start saving the rest when I go see the movie on May 5th (unfortunately, I won't be able to see it on its first day).
