Kevin Feige confirmed that either Fox or Marvel can use those characters. I'm willing to bet that Marvel would have to conveniently ignore part of their history in order to have them on the team.

In some ways, I'm glad that Marvel can't use the X-Men for their MCU since I think that would be too much for them to incorporate into their current universe with all of the baggage and mythology that comes with those guys; I know it's been handled well in the comics, but I don't think (at the moment) that it could be done as well in the films as of yet.

The problem is, that the person you replied to used spoiler tags, whereas you posting that picture revealed what he had hidden in the spoiler tags.

Yeah, i did at first, i thought maybe Marvel had cut a deal with Fox so they could both use the character, like they have apparently done with Scarlett witch and Quicksilver.

Which is interesting since Feige recently revealed they were somehow available to both Fox or Marvel's MCU. Though I expect it's more a race to the finish with them, sort of whoever uses them first gets them. Unless there's some specific loophole that allows these characters to be used by either whenever, which would be bizarre.

I'm thinking if they were used then they would necessarily mention their lineage or be unaware of it and that their story would focus elsewhere than their past (or at least that aspect of it).

I was talking to some other people and we concluded that they're at least sleeping together. Renner made a comment about their training saying they had to "....Ice all over our bodies. Me and Scarlett did that a lot". Which kinda confirmed it for us.

Yep. They're definitely doing something together. But then that whole cast could look like they're sleeping together if you look at some of the pics at how handsy they're with each other.
