just read an interesting interview of someone who thinks that the hulk and iron man are the main driver of the film...the hulk really gets born in this film and gets the full range as a comic character coming to life

Great, I'm mainly a hulk/spidey/batman fan, but clearly neither my hulk or spidey needs have been met much until now. Really hope they get the ball rolling with more hulk stuff post-avengers.

Mid credit, they say.

I know this isn't exactly the place to talk about it, but....Iron Man 3 already looks like the best comic book film ever with that cast. See? Bigthor, i gave stark some love....get Thor a good director and cast and we'll talk. :funny

Cool

Oh and "lol" to the last sentence of your post.

I liked what was said, especially court death and I liked when Thanos turned around and grinned and I liked how it is set in SPACE with planets in background etc

But I not keen on the way the actor delivered his lines, wish they had gotten a better actor or chosen another take

You know, I'd wish that when Tony gets thrown out the window by Loki he says on the way down, "Well excuse me princess!" but I know it won't happen.

Don't you mean a couple of hours? Oh wait :p

I would think not, but then again, I really have no idea. I hope you enjoy the movie nonetheless, I have to wait until May 4th. It's killing me.

Could this scene be attach to the Iron Man movie by chance? Just wondering

oh hulk is fantastic

went to a Q&A in london last week with Ruffalo and Feige and Ruffalo seems keen on a solo film - said he will tie Whedon down and thrash out some solo ideas with him

That's good since a couple of weeks ago Feige said that another Hulk movie wasn't something they were looking for.

Maybe Ruffallo's portrayal was so good and the reception so positive that Marvel decided to pursue the idea of a sequel to the Incredible Hulk? While it wasn't doing Ironman level numbers at the Box Office it was still a solid film that made a decent amount of money.

The interview I'm referring to was after the reactions from the early screenings so there must be something else behind the change. Not that I care what's behind it if we get another good film out of it.

I can understand Marvel's reluctance, because they already made two Hulk movies and neither of them really met their expectation at the box office. However, I think if The Avengers really turn out to be a phenomenon and fans clamored for a third Hulk movie starring Raffalo and ILM's Hulk, Marvel will be listening and may even consider it for the future. They want to make movies that make money and if they think Hulk will finally get it done on its third try, I don't think they'll rule it out.

Well you know what they say, third time's the charm :cwink:

I haven't even seen Avengers yet and just going by what I've seen (clips/interviews/trailers etc...)... i would LOVE a Hulk movie with Ruffalo (and Hulk isn't even my favorite character)

I just hope if they make a Hulk movie, they give him more personality. It bugged me that Hulk was just a recking ball in TIH. I think the Avengers did a good job of adding some character to the Hulk, but I want him to be further developed. More EMH, less TIH.

Agreed.

I thought I'd post this link up for you guys because it was more or less a parody of The Avengers/Justice League...and it's pretty hilarious too.
