Ahhhh ... [BLACKOUT]he had a kind of Star Wars emperor vibe going on. I noticed his chin looked very similar to Skrulls and Thanos. [/BLACKOUT]

I think it was the guy in the pic Sid Jawtug posted a while back. Did he have a blueish scalp? Seems like Sid is the real deal.

I guess we have to wait for dvd/blu-ray to clearly hear&read(subtitles) for Hulk lines!?

Man, I was counting on that one. But I'm happy to hear about the positive
reactions of the audience considering the Hulk.

thanks for your replies :yay:

Can't wait to see him in action :woot:

Honestly he steals the show for the entire third act!

Thanks for that. Our crowd in Cherry Hill was cheering that scene so loudly that I couldn't hear what Hulk said. When he [BLACKOUT]whipped Loki back and forth[/BLACKOUT] I was cheering, too. :woot:

Sounds like you got a great crowd watching with you. :woot:

*Minor Spoilers* Ok, guys, I'm gonna say this RIGHT HERE AND NOW for after the movie comes out on May 4th,. To all you overly-critical and nitpicky fanboys out there: if ANY OF YOU FOOLS see the movie and then proceed to complain about [BLACKOUT]how Cap doesn't say "Avengers Assemble"[/BLACKOUT] OR ESPECIALLY ANY COMPLAINTS ABOUT THE [BLACKOUT]CHITAURI[/BLACKOUT] ARMY'S PORTRAYAL IN THIS FILM just for the sake of complaining or some **** like that, then I say you a-holes are fired from breathing.

I'm sorry if I'm sounding harsh, but a few people I know on Facebook pulled that crap on me earlier, and given how much I loved the movie, I WON'T STAND FOR BULLCRAP LIKE THAT! Anger aside, here's my thoughts on those bits:

The movie was fine without the "Avengers Assemble" phrase anyway IMO, as much as I wanted to hear it, but given the tone of the film, I honestly think the line would've come off as forced and a bit corny. And I'm pretty sure Joss Whedon was thinking the same thing. The group pose in the circle was the movie's equivalent of the phrase and I worked just as well as saying it does in the comics. Hell, the audience I was with had the same cheering reaction to the group shot as hearing the phrase would've had, anyway, so no big deal! As for the Chitauri, just because they don't shape-shift DOESN'T MEAN THEY'RE NO LESS OF A THREAT AS THEIR ULTIMATES COUNTERPARTS OR EVEN THE SKULLS! I'm not gonna spoil much, but you'll all see soon enough when the movie comes out.

Anyway, that's all I wanna make clear. I don't wanna sound mean or anything, but, seriously, don't test my patience by sounding like morons and complain about stuff that's not that big of a deal. Just putting that out there in advance.

Regarding one of my favorite scenes in the movie,I posted this in the Non Spoilers review forum, but they told me "get it outta here" lol.

So I shall discuss it here:yay:

I thought Cap felt the most "heroic".The "Why should I take orders from you?" scene during the 3rd act was probably my favorite moment in the film.

As I stated in the other forum, Hulk(he definitely rocked) has always been my favorite CB hero, but Cap really left an impression on me in the Avengers.Great guy with a lot of heart

The fight starts right after Hulk is chasing Widow (as seen in the trailer.) Hulk is about to crush Widow and Thor flies in and knocks Hulk through a wall and into a large, open room. Thor is without his Mjolnir at this point and him and Hulk are pretty much just duking it out. Hulk knocks Thor away and Thor hides to the side, summons Mjolnir and when Hulk comes charging at him, Thor busts him in the face with the hammer. At some point Hulk ends up getting knocked away, holding onto Mjolnir and trying to lift it, but can't. They cut away from the fight and when they come back they're fighting in a new room and SHIELD sends a jet to distract Hulk. Hulk ends up ending the fight with Thor after the jet is hitting him with it's gun.
Incredible!!!!!!!
Thank you for replying!
Absolutely incredible action!!!!!!!

Btw, best Hulk scene was

Hulk trashing the **** out of Loki!

Did anybody else like the way they handled the Jane/Thor relationship in this film? I thought it was okay.

I did not expect
Coulson to die, especially since they flat out said it was not going to happen. That scene was also very emotional.

And yes, Hulk was the scene stealer. He needs a new movie.

When he started smashing Loki around and when he punches Thor after they both fight Chitauri soldiers are some great highlights.

Agreed! The audience was great. I lol'd when that guy before the movie said he was dressed as Korean Jesus.

Some people don't seem to like the mid-credits scene much and I wonder why,
Thanos has been a major wanted character from fans for an Avengers film and he apparently looks close to his comic appearance,You didn't like his CGI or don't like him or wanted more than a smile or what????

I seriously thought Thanos was prosthetics.
And I loved the post credits scene.

But since when [BLACKOUT]Chitauri are they like the droids of [/BLACKOUT]Trade Federation in SWI ?

Instead of cleaning the streets, the Avengers abrutement finish the fight. Disappointing. And why the [BLACKOUT]Stan Lee cameo with Steve Rogers [/BLACKOUT]has been cut

Another negative point: the music. Nobody talks about. For cause. Below average, no identifiable theme and heroic.

Everything else: epic win.

Is there a scene where they realize that the Hulk gets stronger the madder he gets?
and do we see something of his regenerative ability?

Was Thanos really all CGI or an actor in makeup? Couldn't be an actor because they obviously have no idea who will play him in Avengers 2...

The music in the final battle was great. Everything else that related to the score was good, but forgettable(like a lot of Alan Silvestri's recent film scores, sadly).
