Gosling's head isn't up his ass, he's just not convinced he can act well against a green screen.

Ah, I see.

But something tells me he could make a good Joker. It's got nothing to do with fanboyism. I just have a feeling he could pull it off.

He's the fan-favorite for Gordon, but what about Bryan Cranston for Hugo Strange?

If Cranston is a part of the reboot and not Gordon it would cause the biggest uproar on this forum. But look-wise the man can pull off Strange or Freeze if he wanted to.

Hugo Strange is any thing but a lame character. Well maybe in Arkham City, but normally he's pretty fun.

Alexander Skarsgard as Bruce Wayne / Batman

I've found him. I've found Batman and he would be the best batman I mean he's got the voice and I really think he's got the look plus he's a relative unknown which is what the reboot would need in my opinion. Neil Napier would be perfect. watch Bullet in the face to hear the perfect Batman voice. I really think this guy should be considered.

Strange is pretty cool actually. At least when you compare him to Man-Bat, Clayface, Mad Hatter, Ventriloquist in my opinion. I'll still take him over Loki or most of the villains we see on screen today.

You cray cray. :o

My opinion. I'm not a fan of Loki at all, he's a pretty lame villain in my eyes. His motivations are childish. Strange has a unique look to him and he's bat**** crazy, no pun intended. A good actor like Malkovich, Daniel Day lewis, Robin Williams would be able to pull him off. Even if ppl dont like him, hes a good character to open the door to a load of freaks in Gotham. His experiments could lead to the creation of a lot of rogues.

Thoughts?

I never understood how Terry was Bruce's son, and had a red head mom, but looked asian...weird.

Jared Harris would be an awesome Riddler. Even though he sort of already played a Riddler type character as Professor Moriarty.

can he play masculine? I've only seen him in the wallflower preview.

Strange is an awesome villain, especially for a great actor. Don't thin Cranston is right for it, though. He's too perfect for Gordon.

If you read the Prey storyline from the early 90's you'll see how creepy and awesome Hugo Strange is.
