Ben Walker is amazing, but he just isn't a superhero, imo. Maybe a villain or awesome supporting character, though.

A similar quality maybe, but Chris Reeve also had the chiseled jaw, cheekbones and piercing blue eyes of Superman. Walker has a very soft, rounded face, which just doesn't fit with any of the big heroes, imo.

i don't disagree. i was careful as to which picture i posted. t:

he looks pretty fit in that pic though. i don't how how much more he'd have to lean out to for his face to define some.

I'm watching The A team 2010 version right now and I'm noticing the guy who plays Murdock (Sharlto Copley) is quirky enough to be a bat villain methinks. Not sure I'd say full on Joker possibility, but maybe someone like the Mad Hatter or even the penguin. Although I still say that Phillip Seymour Hoffman would own the penguin.

Ben Walker would be perfect for Captain Marvel. He was one of the only good things about that awful Abe Lincoln movie. Which makes me sad because the book was fantastic.

One thing I would like to see in the Batman reboot, contrary the Nolan Batman, is a wiser, older Batman. Not just a stubborn Bale that is constantly out shined by the supporting cast.

I'm not really a good knower of actors, but I was thinking the other day, that maybe Daniel Craig could work, if you only dye his hair? He has both the class og Bruce Wayne and the physique of Batman..

Oh yeah, he's definitely got the build for it, no doubt. I just don't think any amount of leaning out could give him the superhero facial structure. Bone structure's not an easy thing to cheat...unless you want to actually cheat it with prosthetics or something, which I don't think anyone wants.

from that 2nd pic, it looks like he can make a badass Batman. i liked him as Abe the vampire hunter.

I've considered him for Bat's in the past, but he really would be more fitting for Captain Marvel (or something like that)

I still would've really liked to of seen what he could of done with Beast...

tho, as someone suggested him as a villain could be pretty interesting too
(not really sure who, or even who's rogue list of Villains he fit best into)

Sharlto Copely would make a great Riddler.

Walker's not my first choice for Bats but like I said give him a screen test, see how he does. Keaton didn't have the "look" either.

I could see him as the Big Red Cheese but he doesn't have the Superman look

I suggested him a while back, too. I think he'd be a good choice. But as usual, all of the experts who have only seen Farrell in Daredevil and SWAT chimed in and informed us of how casting Farrell would be an abomination upon the earth.

Well ive seen MANY of his films. And i just dont like him unless he's doing comedy. Dont find him a good actor personally. I also dont see him as Bruce Wayne much.

If its not following the pack, it soon will be, but: Karl Urban. Dredd shows that he has enough presence to come off as a dark, intimidating figure, and he's also a chameleon, disappearing into his incredibly different roles. That bespeaks to an ability to play the Batman/Bruce Wayne dichotomy.

Yeah, I'd be happy with Urban. I wasn't wild about Dredd but I did enjoy his performance in it.
