The first car looks awesome man but looks like RoboCop's car.

I hope we get a more "classic" look for the Batmobile this time around.

i think its going more towards this route

^Yes! The Cord 812...CLASSIC!! It just screams "Batman" to me:woot:

For a man who dresses up like a Bat in order to strike fear in the hearts of those who prey on the fearful, a man who is nearly an urban legend and operates in the shadows, I feel like that is the IDEAL description of the batmobile. You unintentionally nailed it

But I mean for the audience. The people in the movie can be scared of Batman or whatever, but for the audience, us car guys would look at it and not know what we are looking at. It would have to be a CGI car, or a car with a lot of plastic bells and whistles around it to make it look like the stuff around it actually does anything. The Tumbler could be understood because most things looked functional. That in the video game looks similar but it seems like it has even more things that are just not even functional. Like they are there just for the sake of appearances. Now that is great if you want it to look scary, but the car should be practical. A big bulky car with a lot of fiberglass parts around it that don't do anything but make it look cool is just slowing him down. Fans don't Batman to have armor so he is fast, but they want a car from a video game that looks like it couldn't outrun a standard V8 Mustang. It certainly looks cool, but it also doesn't look very fast or practical.

The Batmobile in Noel is basically a folded-up Ankonian. Which is already pretty Batmobile-y on its own.

I think though that if you saw a car that looks like that and you don't know anything about cars, you would be impressed. If you did know something about cars and saw all those "ridges" and "scoops" all over the place, you'd think that it is just a bunch of useless plastic add-ons that are just there to look cool and ad weight to the vehicle. If it looks like the car is bulletproof, that is good, if it looks like it has a bunch of stuff added to make it look cool, then it seems like it is just there to look cool at the cost of performance.

I think i still have the book this is from lying around somewhere...

this batmobile is sweet

That looks more functional than the one from the video game which looks like a tumbler, but what are all those ridges and scoops for? It reminds me of when ricers are given scoops and fins and spoilers, all useless, just to add weight to it? In the name of looking cool, I don't think that Batman would be sacrificing vehicle performance. I'd be more interested in seeing a car that low to the ground like the one you posted. That would make it easy to get in and out of, stick to the ground, it would have better performance, corner better, and hi, its 2014, if police want to stop a car, they don't all run into it like it is Need for Speed (or every other movie) which forgets that stopsticks are still commonly used by just about every police department. Being that low to the ground might just give the car a chance to kick the stopsticks away before they shred his tires.

I actually want a super sleek job, with no "Bat" design elements in it at all.

I really would be disappointed if there were ANY Nolan/Tumbler design elements.

I agree old man let's go back to the classic sexy looking cars. Though saying that i would love to see the Arkham Knight Batmobile.

What about ameican muscle? Such as the USAF Challenger Vapor. I am on my iPod, can't post pics or vids. Can someone please do it?

Oh baby that looks awesome and it comes in white too. Yeah I can see this being the Batmobile.

Very cool. I love the classic RT decal homage on the side.

But it's a bit too blue collar to be a Batmobile.

I'm not a fan of a Batmobile looking like a modified existing car.

I would however be open to the idea of Bruce having an under cover Batmobile. Looks like a regular car, but has the features of the batmobile for stealth missions.
