See, I think a car that is "blue collar" looking with all the bells and whistles you'd expect a Batmobile to have is what he'd ideally have. Something that he wouldn't have to park in an inaccessible alley way, but right on the street if he had to. That's me though. I understand the tradition of having it with a load of "Batman" detailing, but I loved the more low key Batmobiles from the early to mid 80's.

With all the high tech surveillance equipment in mondern citys, it would make sence for batman to have undercover cars that blend in into the demographics the cars were individually intended to blend into.
the government would be able to track him down if he constantly use his militarize, flashy batmoble.

I must say that that Saab concept looks really nice!

Batman is forward of any passenger(s) that might be on board, and they are lower and in a more protected position. Also, the traditional (old-style) bat's head could neatly be accommodated in the grillwork of the car.

Very Nice!

The new Batmobile from Son of Batman is sexy. I'd love if the Fleckmobile looked something like this

I don't like the giant blinged out 22" wheels. They looks incredibly impractical. Also the Mazda 787 style glass surrounds for the headlights look very fragile.

As impractical as the 89 design was I thought it at least had wheels that looked appropriate for a car with a jet engine.

So i was checking out this show today called Storage Wars and this guy called Barry Weiss drove a cool custom Cadillac. I googled "Barry Weiss car" and got these images.

And that's the car i saw him driving, it's a 1946 Cadillac, custom of course.

Something similar, basically a customized pre-existing car. Preferably an older car, since most of them were built like tanks already. :word:
