it is totally possible it is Brainiac. Considering he is just a computer program/AI after all. maybe Zod had him on his ship? Somehow when Lex is tampering with it he gets into Lex's systems. From there he goes any/everywhere.
in any event I think the other baddie in the film is either a corrupted Superman or Bizarro/clone or Metallo disguised as Superman to discredit him.

Chicago and then New Mexico and it's a wrap.

I think that New Mexico /Old World set built ties into the Persian treasure /Alexander the Great part of the story. Maybe a flashback of what was stored/how it got there? The early rumor was that WW was searching for a "stolen artifact". Something from Kara Zor-El maybe? Heck it could be a chunk of Kryptonite for all we know.

Last day of filming here in NM is scheduled for Dec 8th as long there's no delays, etc.

That's the end of principle photography then the wrap party

wasn't it announced not that long ago that they are also gonna shoot in Morocco?

Yeah but New Mexico took over their schedule due to the uncertainty of things in that region. That or a **** up. :funny:

Ebola cause countries in Africa to close their borders so production came here to NM as sub

What would happen if they needed to film key scenes in Chicago right about now and then Chicago gets a good dose of early snow? What would they do?

Make an unclear time jump in the middle of the film to five months ahead.

They're moving to New Mexico for next week anyway.

My theory is, the program zod used to override the Jor-el AI could be the Brainiac program, or something similar.

Or the Magic Lasso.

Brainiac is manipulating Lex Luthor, cause the only big threat to Brainiac's plans (tearing Earth a new one) is Supes.

I've been avoiding this forum as I want to avoid as many spoilers as I can, but I want to ask where was it confirmed that the New Mexico shoot is Themyscira?

Uh yup. By Psycho Syth who's there involved with it somehow.

Thanks. The video I saw definitely looked like a Themysciran building.

I'm a Confidentiality Production Assistant...I make sure people don't leak stuff. Which is why I don't leak stuff. I also don't go inside the set areas past the trailers

But the Themyscira part is on the Casting Call sheet for the extras here

Ah okay. I definitely didn't want to say you were an extra haha. Thanks for letting me know. :)

It would be quite ironic. :woot:

"In fact….I don't even exist….this is all a dream….."

:D

I don't know if this is true. Just posting here... But I hope it's true!!!

Filming for "Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice" in Chicago has reportedly already wrapped up. However, it didn't end without set photos being leaked. One of the set photos from the Windy City allegedly proves the death of Bruce Wayne's parents will be revisited in the sequel. Meanwhile, another set photo from the Lake Orion, Michigan production reveals a memorial for the Wayne's. However, a report suggests Robin's death should also be featured in the movie.

Cinemablend claims "Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice" should also look into Jason Todd's death for a funeral flashback. In the original DC comics, Todd became second Robin after Dick Grayson became Nightwing. The caped crusader reportedly felt such remorse over not being able to stop Robin's death from the hands of The Joker. Batman may have taken new partners after Jason, but the "guilt weighed heavily on him." "Showing how devastating Jason's death was to Bruce would give the audience an idea of how this Batman is motivated by his past mistakes, which may have also led him to pushing away his allies so that they wouldn't get hurt," writer Adam Holmes said.

It's still uncertain if "BVS" will feature a female robin. The International Business Times once noted Jena Malone's Instagram selfie, where she's seen with bright red hair. The cryptic photo allegedly hinted the actress would be playing as Batman's sidekick. However, the inspiration for the "Man of Steel" sequel supposedly relies heavily on the concept from "The Dark Knight Returns" that it's possible Jason Todd's Robin will be featured.
Additionally, it's interesting to note that "Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice" will feature an older caped crusader. Considering that "BVS" is the "closest to the comics to date," says capedcrusaders.com, then it's fitting to address Batman's former partners in crime-fighting, specifically Jason Todd's Robin and his death.
"Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice" opens up the DC universe so it's believed Robin's death will also give way to future events. Per Holmes, it can lead to a Robin standalone film and even be "one of the driving forces that motivate Batman's actions in the DCCU."
