Honestly there's only a small number of potential candidates that I'd prefer seeing land Catwoman over Vanessa Kirby, so there's a big part of me hoping she manages to go all the way and nab the job.

I'm not sure how 'amazing' it'd be, but it'd be very exciting for her to land the part I think!

I like Vanessa just fine for the role but I gotta say that casting choice wouldn't really excite me, would prefer something a bit more left field like Sonoya or Madeline Brewer.

I'm doing some research on this Vanessa Kirby person (and by "research" I mean I'm watching clips of her on YouTube) and to be completely honest I'm not particularly impressed by what I'm seeing? Which is weird because I'm an easily impressed dude.

I'm not saying she's a bad actress or anything but I can't say her getting the part would excite me. She seems kind of a boring choice.
