Tessa Thompson would be the worst Catwoman. There's nothing about her presence or acting that even remotely feels right for the character.

It's so shortsighted to target non-white candidates and then go ahead and pick one skin color to choose from. Really defeats the purpose of broadening your choices.

I've said it before, but it really irks me diversity in Hollywood is literally just a black-and-white issue.

Logan Browning is actually a really, REALLY good choice that I haven't thought of until this supposed shortlist. She'd be amazing in the role.

A more diverse selection would've been great, but I knew it wasn't happening once Kroll doubled down on the casting prototype being a PoC. PoC, by media standards, is almost always synonymous w/ African-American.

I'm still going for Gugu as my top choice. Lupita and Logan Browning are good choices too. I'm not feeling Tessa for Selina.

I don't see Gugu getting it. Her age is gonna work against her when it comes down to it.

Also, I doubt this is the final 6 or so names narrowed down. And since Janelle Monae isn't on it, that's probbaly the case

Wouldn't be surprised if Lupita is the front runner since she's the only Oscar winner here.

Plus WB can attract some good press for having A dark skin actress play such an iconic role.

This just speaks to how subjective people's take on Catwoman can be. It's not at all a stretch seeing her in the role, unless you have a very specific take on who Catwoman is.

Yeah, it could be that this Polito Potato guy is just trying to milk Kroll's scoop for all it's worth. The timing is certainly suspect.
