As I have said before.. WB will move forward on solo Superman movie only when some director comes forward with some story idea for a movie.

Since, nobody is going to WB offices and making a movie pitch, It would be nice if Cavill himself takes the initiative to approach some directors and get them onboard.

I see no reason why Cavill can't become a Producer in one of his Superman movies, as Margot Robbie is one of the Producer for Gotham City Sirens, the movie got green-lighted because she showed interest for that project.

Publication turnaround is usually pretty quick – maybe 1-2 days after I submit it. If I'm going to be referencing and linking to the petition and any relevant tweets etc in the article, it might be a good idea to wait until enough people have signed... so maybe a few days after all the RTing and sharing begins on the 5th?

In the meantime, if anyone comes across any interesting/funny tweets or articles that might be good to include in the piece (eg. https://***********/kentwaynes/status/933036600572887040) please feel free to PM me them!

If nothing else, it will be good for Cavill to see how much the fans want him back as Supes. And if that (devastatingly) doesn't happen, it only reflects poorly on WB's decision making, and not his portrayal of Superman.

Margot Robbie is in that position because she's been a genuine rising star since THE WOLF OF WALL STREET and, next year, a possible Oscar nominee/winner for I TONYA coupled with the specific fact that her Harley Quinn was the most best received element of SS.

By contrast Henry's attempts at the A list have either performed well below standard (his entire tenure as Superman) or outright bombed (The Man from UNCLE) thus I doubt he's in any position to take a producer credit on the former. I've a feeling he's already out.

You don't need to win Oscars to become a Producer, Henry has enough movies and experience of Hollywood now to become one.

It requires lower budget only and it continues smoothly from MOS, BvS & JL. it is light. it is refreshing and no more alien invasion storyline. the setting is in Smallville; We see nature and green, no more skyscrapers and glass towers. it is a romantic story. it is a simple story of Clark's life in Smallville. It's superman vs terrorism. and most of all, it is a story about loving our planet earth. The ending, is entering Akopolis and it will serve as a perfect setup for JL2.
