we get to see Bucky get taken out of hybernation by russian hydra agents and sent on a mission, this is sometime in the past, but way way after WW2

Crossbones blows himself up in that opening scene in Lagos that Scarlet Witch can't quite contain.

Bucky's murder of Tony's parents ends up being shown before the final fight when Zemo reveals it to incite the Cap vs. Iron Man fight. It is brutal as hell.

His beef isn't exactly with Bucky, but rather with the Avengers, since he was a Sokovian colonel who had family die during the team's fight with Ultron. All that stuff with Bucky was simply a means to an end in order to get the team split apart.

I know that might not seem like a big deal to others, but it speaks SO much to making sure Wakanda is exactly what it's supposed to be and represent. They have their own culture that shouldn't cater to western or European norms or beauty standards.

Last scene is Tony getting a letter from Steve explaining himself and apologizing while we see the imprisoned Avengers being freed before the credits. (We don't actually see them being freed, but the implication is that they will be rescued by Steve). Tony also gets a cellphone along with the letter, Steve stating that if he ever needs help, he should give a call.
