Arrow The Clock King is coming to Arrow

I wanted him for Dr. Light!

I know, right! I still hear his voice whenever I read the character and it makes Identity Crisis that much creepier. Dr. Light or The Shade would be perfect for him but Clock King works too. I'm just happy he'll be on the show.

I'm really interested in seeing how they approach Clock King.

I was rewatching, and man it has been atleast a decade since I've seen it, the Clock King episode of Batman the Animated Series. And just seeing how they pulled that character off there, I'm pretty interested in seeing how they go about it. Knepper can pull of the clean cut, suit wearing villain. I thought he was great as that type of bad guy in Transporter.
