Character Personality: Generally, Chrissy Jones is the most optimistic person you could know. Her naive nature and positive outlook usually have her in a good mood. However, as her name implies, Chrissy is subject to random fluctuations in her mood. In reality, this is a side effect of her powers, but we'll talk about that later. In any case, Chrissy is all about the extremes. She can be the happiest person alive or the most pissed off. Depends on the day.

Origin Info/Details: Chrissy is a native of the planet Arlaaek. Her father is a powerful general in the Arlaaekan military and the right-hand man to Arlaaek's authoritarian leader. When Chrissy's father discovered her unique abilities, he tried to use her as a weapon for the military - which was trying to crush a rebellion. Chrissy protested and managed to escape. Boarding an emergency intergalactic vessel, Chrissy jettisoned herself into space. She crash-landed on planet Earth, and was quickly greeted by a most unusual character...

PRIMARY ABILITIES - These abilities never 'turn off,' so to speak. Thus, Flux is able to access them all the time - although these tend to be subconsciously controlled...

• Empathy - Flux adopts the moods of those around her.
• Reverse Empathy - Flux transfers her mood onto those around her.

Obviously, these can be very powerful...or very detrimental. Basically, a pissed off Flux could piss off an entire room. By the same token, a happy Flux could inspire an entire room. Furthermore, the stronger the mood, the more susceptible it is to these abilities.

HAPPINESS ABILITIES - These are the abilities associated with happiness, excitement, confidence, etc.

• Flight - Flux is able to soar through the clouds.
• Light Manipulation - Flux fires blasts of light energy that are especially effective against dark supernatural opponents.
• Mind Control (Minor) - Like the Primary Abilities, this tends to be subconsciously controlled. Flux asks someone to do something, and they will do it...regardless of what she asks.

Note that these abilities are geared towards having fun and prolonging the elated state of mind.

ANGER ABILITIES - These are the abilities associated with anger, frustration, hatred, etc.

• Strength - Flux is only able to exhibit extreme strength in an angry state.
• Gravitational Control - Flux is able to raise the gravity in an area, making it difficult for opponents to escape.
• Telekinesis - Flux can lift and throw objects with her mind. Generally, this is unintentional. When in an aggravated state, loose objects around Flux tend to swirl around as if in a tornado.

These abilities are designed to help Flux get revenge on whatever's angering her.

SADNESS ABILITIES - These are the abilities associated with sadness, fear, anxiousness, etc.

• Invisibility - Flux becomes invisible to the naked eye.
• Teleportation - Flux can travel instantly to any spot on the planet.
• Shielding - Flux can conjure up a protective dome around an area.

These abilities are used to help Flux escape from a scary, dangerous situation unharmed.

Weaknesses: Flux's powers are entirely dependent on her mood. If she's sad, but she wants to fly, she better find a way to make herself happy. Also, her empathy and "reverse empathy" can cause unwanted changes to the people around her. Furthermore, Chrissy is naive and optimistic, which often leads to her getting herself into dangerous situations.

Supporting Characters: No one. She's millions of lightyears away from her home planet and all she knows. The only real friend she has on Earth is Sean Abbott, known to the world as Mantis.

List a few reasons why you've created that character: I wanted a character with unique abilities. Eventually, the idea of powers that change with mood came to me. I couldn't think of an origin, so I made her an alien, and it all evolved from there.

What can you bring to the RPG?: Believe it or not, I used to be a big part of this RPG. Unfortunately, I didn't follow through with the Citizen (and I may, someday), but I want a fresh start with a character that interests me.

"So do all humans dress like you?" this girl asks curiously. "If so, I may need to alter my hologram..."

I've taken her to a darker rooftop. Less people will see us talking here.

"No, I'm the only one who dresses like this," I respond. "It's sort of a costume." I remove my mask. I figure, she's an alien. How could it hurt? "See?"

She nods, then furrows her brow. "I do not understand, though. Do you wish to hide your identity?"

"Yes, actually," I answer honestly. "You see, my abilities are unique. I'm the only one who has them. So I use them to stop bad people. If these bad people knew who I was, they could hurt me or my friends."

"I see," she replies. There's an awkward silence which is broken by her next statement. "My abilities are unique on my planet, too."

I smile at her. "Really? That's cool." I then realize that I've been talking to her all this time, and I haven't introduced myself. "I'm...Sean Abbott. But when I'm in my costume, I am Mantis."

"An alias? How quirky!" she states. As I'm trying to get over the fact that she just said "quirky," she continues to speak. "My name is inaudible to human ears. And your vocal cords could not recreate the sounds necessary to pronounce it."

"Oh."

"Oooooh! Give me a human name!" she demands excitedly.

I look at her for a second. I've never named anyone before. "How about...Christina Jones?"

She pauses and then mouths out the name several times. "I like it! Christina...it's a very human name, isn't it?"

"Umm...sure? I'll call you Chrissy for short."

"Chrissy Jones!" she repeats. "Oh, that's just wonderful!"

She so energetic and happy. It's addictive. You can't help but feel optimistic around her.

"Where are you going to stay for the night?" I ask, worried about having a lonely alien wandering these dangerous streets.

She shrugs.

"What about your ship?"

She looks back at the harbor. "Don't worry about that. The hydrogen in your water will make it decompose. There will be no evidence left in the morning."

I nod understandingly. Well, that's one less worry.

"Ooooh! Could I stay with you?" she asks, her smile beaming.

"I don't think that's a great idea," I admit.

She frowns playfully. "Why not?"

"Well, for one, my parents would never approve of me bringing a girl home to stay overnight," I explain. "And even if they did, they'd get all suspicious. They'd think we were fooling around or something."

"Fooling around?" she repeats the phrase. "That sounds fun! Let's do that!"

I laugh at her ignorance. She has no clue what she just suggested, and it's so funny.

"No, we can't do that. One, I have a girlfriend, and two, that's for two people who are in love."

She blushes. "Oh...I know what you're talking about now. Sexual reproduction?"

"Umm...here on Earth, it's just sex," I explain. "And a lot of times there's no reproduction involved."

This is a really strange conversation. So I decide to steer it away.

"Tell me about your home planet."

"I'd rather not. No offense," she responds. It's the most serious that I've ever heard her speak.

"No problem. What about your powers?"

She yawns. "I'm awfully tired. Can we talk more in the morning?"

"Sure. Follow me, and I'll take you back to my place."

And during the whole trip, I'm trying to think of what to tell my parents in the morning.

It actually varies for what day it is, for he is blessed different on each passing day. Each day corresponds with a different Archangel, and each Archangel corresponds with a different color. But his font will always be Garamound size 3.

Character Personality (Give information on how your character acts, what he/she believes in, how they handle situations):
A good kid in heart; your average Catholic boy. He struggles to remain true to his obligations, for sometimes questions the power of God. At times he finds himself lost, falling into the belief that not everyone can be saved and be truly touched by God. He questions at times as well why such a burden has been placed onto his shoulders. But he still goes on, trying his best.

Origin Info/Details:
Michael was an orphan and has been for as long as he can remember. He doesn't remember a thing about his parents, but for some strange reason, people keep saying he has his father's eyes. Oddly enough, Michael's eyes are a golden kind of pearl white. Later, when Michael would grow older, he would question them about this, but receive no further answers. It is as if that is all they can tell him about his father.

His mother, when became of age, was told to him to have been a spirited woman. Always keeping her faith in God, and living her life according to his plans, she was a parishioner of the local Cathedral. Her romantic life was not something commonly known, yet she gave birth to a child. Giving birth to him, however, she had died; Michael was sent to the orphanage.
He didn't stay in the orphanage for too long, however. By the time he was 9, he was finally accepted into an adoptive family: The Angelos. As a child, Michael would grow up according to his adoptive family's lifestyle which just so happened to be that of any common family around the area: devoted Catholics. He took up a interest in art, and one day his teacher glanced at one of his pieces of work one day and said "Wow, Michael Angelo, you're a real Michaelangelo" and the nickname stuck. It never bothered him, however. The nickname was something that he accepted easily.

Many Catholic schools around the country have different times when they allow a young man or woman to take the sacrament of Confirmation. Confirmation is the conferral of sanctifying grace and the strengthening of the union between individual souls and God. Little did Michael know, that his Confirmation would become so much more than that. On the day of his Confirmation, he was given the duty of The Archangel.

It was not through a burning bush, or a voice to his head, it was through an angel. The morning day of his Confirmation on Sunday, Michael was visited by the Angel of Prophecy: Bath Kol. The angel told Michael about the task of The Archangel, but the young man was so much in shock about it, that he believed it to be a dream. But the moment that Michael went up to the altar later that afternoon before The Bishop to complete his sacrament of Confirmation, he felt something change in him; but he did not quite understand what.

He goes on, living life to pursue his passion for painting in hope to become a famous artist. Little does he know someone called God is going to have a different plan for him that is going to intervene with his daily life.

Powers (Be Specific):
He is blessed by the Archangels of God's heavenly domain. On each day, he receives a different blessing (passive powers). He gains the wisdom of the Archangels in helping people in the situations each Archangel specializes in. He does not necessarily have to help someone in a situation fitting what each Archangel does best, but it most certainly helps his chances of affecting that person's life for the better.

He also carries a sword, but by default looks like just the hilt of a sword (for there is no blade). Unless defending the innocent, excluding his own life, his Angel-Fire sword shall not light up at all (when lit up, looks like a white-fiery blade).

He can tap into what is called The Archangel state. In this state, a flash of light comes down from the heavens, transforming him. Angel-Fire wings sprout from his back (looks like white fiery wings), allowing him flight. Also, when in this state, he can tap into his power over the elements (active powers) depending on the day because it depends on which Archangel.
His power over the elements are his "active powers". These abilities coincide with the Element of each Archangel. On certain days, depending on the Archangel, he can manipulate the elements of each Archangel, so long as that said element is in his presence. The elements can only be used in self defense and while in The Archangel state, except for water if the purpose is to heal the wounded.

However, on Tuesdays he is entirely powerless. While he is powerless he is not excused from serving God's will. He must still serve him, and as a man, and help affect someone's life for the better. This day of the week is when he is truly his own hero. Although this also makes him at his weakest and most vulnerable state.

On Sundays, he is at his most powerful.

The Archangels whom he is blessed by are the following:

Gabriel
Color of Aura - Indigo
Guards this day - Monday
Element - Water
Call on Gabriel when you feel like you've strayed from your souls path. He can help you find purpose again. If you are having trouble communicating with people Gabriel can assist you.

Raphael
Color of Aura - Green
Guards this day - Wednesday
Element - Air
Call on Raphael when you or a loved one is ill and in need of healing. He can also assist you in a time that you need new ideas or knowledge.

Zadkiel
Color of Aura - Blue
Guards this day - Thursday
Element - Fire
Invoke Zadkiel when you are feeling negative feeling towards yourself or another and need to forgive. He can assist you in realizing the burden of bearing grudges. He will also assist you with opening your mind to new ideas and concepts by releasing fear and karmic blockages.

Ariel
Color of Aura - Red
Guards this day - Friday
Element - Earth and air
Call on Ariel if you are in need of support to continue your life's journey or in need of confidence to stand up for your beliefs. If you are suffering from low energy and with the energy of the sun she will recharge you.

Uriel
Color of Aura - Silver
Guards this day - Saturday
Element - Earth
Call Uriel forth if you have trouble sleeping or are feeling tense or anxious. He is here to release any fears or worries you may have concerning a situation. He can give you the determination and asssist you to transform any aspect of your life.

Metatron
Colour of Aura - Gold
Guards this day - Sunday
Element - All elements
Call on Metatron if you are partaking in further spiritual growth or feel like you have lost your connection to the divine. Or to help you to cleanse your chakras.

Weaknesses (If your stats chosen are deemed powerful enough by a Game Master with no weakness, the character will fall under rules of Level 3 and 4 characters. Even with a weakness, a Game Master may rule it as a Level 3 or 4 character):
He is completely normal and powerless on Tuesdays. On this day, he shall receive no help from the Archangels. Other than that, even when he is empowered by the Archangels, he isn't necessarily invincible. Powerful, yes he may be, but he is no more durable than a human when it comes to his body. The reason he must change and affect someone's life for the better each day is that if he fails, he loses his abilities as The Archangel. If he dies while in The Archangel state, grave consequences are to come (more about this will be revealed throughout the story; cannot spoil it yet).

Supporting Characters (Does your character have a significant other? A mother? Friend? Who are they, what do they have to do with your character?):
Grace - Girlfriend. Their relationship is kind of on the rocks, not only because he tries to put God first in his life, essentially he must. She has trouble understanding this, but Michael cannot reveal God's plan for him to the woman he loves.
Father Damian - Priest at the local Cathedral. Frequently helps Michael when he goes into the Church, feeling lost. He is also going to be Michael's mentor as he tries to understand his role as The Archangel.
Bath Kol - He is the Angel of Prophecy who had helped guide Michael in ways Father Damian cannot or will not know how to.

List a few reasons why you've created that character:
I originally wanted to make a healer type of character, so immediately thought of an angel like character. When it came down to really thinking about it, I decided I wanted a character who was blessed by the angels. When I went around trying to find information, I stumbled upon information about Archangels, and I knew this is what I wanted to work with. I happen to be Catholic, and the idea of a hero like this appeals to me. And also because I am Catholic, I figure I can portray and define who he is well. I figured it would be interesting, because I was pretty confident that a character such as this would never be brought up or introduced.

What can you bring to the RPG?:
A continuance to his story. Sadly at the start of this season I was unable to continue. But luckily at the same time, I can start now and infer that Michael's been continuing his training so I can do some different things since I've slowly had him understand what has been bestowed upon him. Hopefully this season he will look more like a superhero.

Plus, he has a new suit now.

Character Personality (Give information on how your character acts, what he/she believes in, how they handle situations):
A good kid in heart; your average Catholic boy. He struggles to remain true to his obligations, for sometimes questions the power of God. At times he finds himself lost, falling into the belief that not everyone can be saved and be truly touched by God. He questions at times as well why such a burden has been placed onto his shoulders. But he still goes on, trying his best.

Origin Info/Details:
Michael was an orphan and has been for as long as he can remember. He doesn't remember a thing about his parents, but for some strange reason, people keep saying he has his father's eyes. Oddly enough, Michael's eyes are a golden kind of pearl white. Later, when Michael would grow older, he would question them about this, but receive no further answers. It is as if that is all they can tell him about his father.

His mother, when became of age, was told to him to have been a spirited woman. Always keeping her faith in God, and living her life according to his plans, she was a parishioner of the local Cathedral. Her romantic life was not something commonly known, yet she gave birth to a child. Giving birth to him, however, she had died; Michael was sent to the orphanage.
He didn't stay in the orphanage for too long, however. By the time he was 9, he was finally accepted into an adoptive family: The Angelos. As a child, Michael would grow up according to his adoptive family's lifestyle which just so happened to be that of any common family around the area: devoted Catholics. He took up a interest in art, and one day his teacher glanced at one of his pieces of work one day and said "Wow, Michael Angelo, you're a real Michaelangelo" and the nickname stuck. It never bothered him, however. The nickname was something that he accepted easily.

Many Catholic schools around the country have different times when they allow a young man or woman to take the sacrament of Confirmation. Confirmation is the conferral of sanctifying grace and the strengthening of the union between individual souls and God. Little did Michael know, that his Confirmation would become so much more than that. On the day of his Confirmation, he was given the duty of The Archangel.

It was not through a burning bush, or a voice to his head, it was through an angel. The morning day of his Confirmation on Sunday, Michael was visited by the Angel of Prophecy: Bath Kol. The angel told Michael about the task of The Archangel, but the young man was so much in shock about it, that he believed it to be a dream. But the moment that Michael went up to the altar later that afternoon before The Bishop to complete his sacrament of Confirmation, he felt something change in him; but he did not quite understand what.

He goes on, living life to pursue his passion for painting in hope to become a famous artist. Little does he know someone called God is going to have a different plan for him that is going to intervene with his daily life.

Powers (Be Specific):
He is blessed by the Archangels of God's heavenly domain. On each day, he receives a different blessing (passive powers). He gains the wisdom of the Archangels in helping people in the situations each Archangel specializes in. He does not necessarily have to help someone in a situation fitting what each Archangel does best, but it most certainly helps his chances of affecting that person's life for the better.

He also carries a sword, but by default looks like just the hilt of a sword (for there is no blade). Unless defending the innocent, excluding his own life, his Angel-Fire sword shall not light up at all (when lit up, looks like a white-fiery blade).

He can tap into what is called The Archangel state. In this state, a flash of light comes down from the heavens, transforming him. Angel-Fire wings sprout from his back (looks like white fiery wings), allowing him flight. Also, when in this state, he can tap into his power over the elements (active powers) depending on the day because it depends on which Archangel.
His power over the elements are his "active powers". These abilities coincide with the Element of each Archangel. On certain days, depending on the Archangel, he can manipulate the elements of each Archangel, so long as that said element is in his presence. The elements can only be used in self defense and while in The Archangel state, except for water if the purpose is to heal the wounded.

However, on Tuesdays he is entirely powerless. While he is powerless he is not excused from serving God's will. He must still serve him, and as a man, and help affect someone's life for the better. This day of the week is when he is truly his own hero. Although this also makes him at his weakest and most vulnerable state.

On Sundays, he is at his most powerful.

Call on Gabriel when you feel like you've strayed from your souls path. He can help you find purpose again. If you are having trouble communicating with people Gabriel can assist you.

Raphael

Element - Air
Call on Raphael when you or a loved one is ill and in need of healing. He can also assist you in a time that you need new ideas or knowledge.

Zadkiel
Color of Aura - Blue
Guards this day - Thursday
Element - Fire
Invoke Zadkiel when you are feeling negative feeling towards yourself or another and need to forgive. He can assist you in realizing the burden of bearing grudges. He will also assist you with opening your mind to new ideas and concepts by releasing fear and karmic blockages.

Ariel
Color of Aura - Red
Guards this day - Friday
Element - Earth and air
Call on Ariel if you are in need of support to continue your life's journey or in need of confidence to stand up for your beliefs. If you are suffering from low energy and with the energy of the sun she will recharge you.

Uriel
Color of Aura - Silver
Guards this day - Saturday
Element - Earth
Call Uriel forth if you have trouble sleeping or are feeling tense or anxious. He is here to release any fears or worries you may have concerning a situation. He can give you the determination and asssist you to transform any aspect of your life.

Metatron
Colour of Aura - Gold
Guards this day - Sunday
Element - All elements
Call on Metatron if you are partaking in further spiritual growth or feel like you have lost your connection to the divine. Or to help you to cleanse your chakras.

Weaknesses (If your stats chosen are deemed powerful enough by a Game Master with no weakness, the character will fall under rules of Level 3 and 4 characters. Even with a weakness, a Game Master may rule it as a Level 3 or 4 character):
He is completely normal and powerless on Tuesdays. On this day, he shall receive no help from the Archangels. Other than that, even when he is empowered by the Archangels, he isn't necessarily invincible. Powerful, yes he may be, but he is no more durable than a human when it comes to his body. The reason he must change and affect someone's life for the better each day is that if he fails, he loses his abilities as The Archangel. If he dies while in The Archangel state, grave consequences are to come (more about this will be revealed throughout the story; cannot spoil it yet).

Supporting Characters (Does your character have a significant other? A mother? Friend? Who are they, what do they have to do with your character?):
Grace - Girlfriend. Their relationship is kind of on the rocks, not only because he tries to put God first in his life, essentially he must. She has trouble understanding this, but Michael cannot reveal God's plan for him to the woman he loves.
Father Damian - Priest at the local Cathedral. Frequently helps Michael when he goes into the Church, feeling lost. He is also going to be Michael's mentor as he tries to understand his role as The Archangel.
Bath Kol - He is the Angel of Prophecy who had helped guide Michael in ways Father Damian cannot or will not know how to.

List a few reasons why you've created that character:
I originally wanted to make a healer type of character, so immediately thought of an angel like character. When it came down to really thinking about it, I decided I wanted a character who was blessed by the angels. When I went around trying to find information, I stumbled upon information about Archangels, and I knew this is what I wanted to work with. I happen to be Catholic, and the idea of a hero like this appeals to me. And also because I am Catholic, I figure I can portray and define who he is well. I figured it would be interesting, because I was pretty confident that a character such as this would never be brought up or introduced.

What can you bring to the RPG?:
A continuance to his story. Sadly at the start of this season I was unable to continue. But luckily at the same time, I can start now and infer that Michael's been continuing his training so I can do some different things since I've slowly had him understand what has been bestowed upon him. Hopefully this season he will look more like a superhero.

Plus, he has a new suit now.

Shadow Walker is somewhat similar. Though he is more of a mixture of black and gray. And his eyes are green, and the cape is more of a mixture of Batman and Spawn.

So while I was gone, was any sort of a "League of Heroes" formed? There was always talk of people to put on the team, but I don't recall anything past that.
