So in no way has the cosmic side of the Create A Hero Universe been touched? I'm mainly concerned with the origin of the universe, the cosmic hierarchy, etc. Need to know if I'm working with a blank slate or not before I apply for a second character.

Screen Name: Johnny Blaze
Character you have created: Eternus
Alias: Terrence Myers
Speech Color: Bold, Blue, century gothic
Character Alignment: Good
Identity: Secret
Character Personality : Terrence tends to be smartass at times, and can be a stubborn bastard if pressed (it's the Irish in 'em). Sometimes his stubbornness does him more harm then good.
Naturally goodhearted, Terrence has tried to be a good person to atone for his past mistakes. He will go out of his way sometimes to help others, and tries to show everyone respect upon meeting them.
Origin Info/Details: Terrence is a regular guy living in the Tampa Bay area of Florida. He was a sort of a problem child growing up, often coming into conflict with authority that got him into trouble. Frequently getting kicked out of schools and arrested, Terrence finally got locked away for two years after trying to steal a car and resisting arrest. It was during his time inside that he had an epiphany.
Terrence finally saw the road he was heading down, and began working on taking a different path. Using his time inside to better himself, Terrence quickly whipped himself into shape, both physically and mentally. After getting his GED and getting release early for good behavior, Terrence returned to his hometown of Tampa and got himself a small loft downtown.
He began to settle into a normal life, getting a job with a small time block crew and trying to reconnect with his old girlfriend, Samantha. Life was mundane for Terrence, and it wasn't long before he found himself wishing for more. And that's when Terrence hit the bottle hard, lamenting over past mistakes, wishing his life could be different. It would seem that Terrence was stuck with an ordinary life.
Fortunately fate had other plans.
While walking home one night from a local dive bar, a bright light in the night sky caught Terrence's attention. The light got brighter and closer, and Terrence's apprehension increased with it's approach.
The light looked like a thick, fog-like orb as it approached him, blinding Terrence with it's brilliance.
The orb slammed into him, knocking Terrence onto his backside, and instantly sobering him up.
Everything was quiet again as the world seemingly returned to normal. Terrence groaned as he slowly stood up. It felt like every atom of his being was on fire, but he fought through it. When he got to his feet, Terrence surprisingly realized he was wearing a strange costume. As he loudly wondered what was going on, his body began to glow with a yellow aura, and the world suddenly turned white.
As he stood alone in the bright void, a voice rang out from everywhere. The voice called itself the First One, an cosmic force as old as the universe itself. It told Terrence that it had chosen him to become his avatar on this plane of existence. That Terrence would become the First One's chosen warrior to protect the universe from the evil that inhabits it.
Terrence accepted the offer from the First One, becoming the hero Eternus. The Alpha Force, a power of the primordial cosmos, was imbued into Terrence, granting him abilities beyond his wildest dreams. With the Alpha Force at his command, Terrence set out into space to adventure and boldly go where no human has gone before...
Hero Type: Cosmic
Power Level (Select one below): Cosmic
Powers (Be Specific): Eternus has the ability to draw upon and manipulate the Alpha Energy for a variety of effects (such as cosmic blasts, transmutation, energy absorption, etc; think Silver Surfer).
Attributes (Select one at each category):
Strength Level: 100 tons
Speed/Reaction Timing Level: Able to travel at warp speeds; reaction timing is astronomically quick compared to a peak human
Endurance at MAXIMUM Effort: Eternus can go on for many hours before tiring in a fight
Agility: 15x
Intelligence: Above-Average
Fighting Skill: Untrained
Resources: Average
Weaknesses (If your stats chosen are deemed powerful enough by a Game Master with no weakness, the character will fall under rules of Level 3 and 4 characters. Even with a weakness, a Game Master may rule it as a Level 3 or 4 character): Omega Energy causes series damage to Eternus as it is the opposite power of his Alpha Force.
Supporting Characters(Does your character have a significant other? A mother? Friend? Who are they, what do they have to do with your character?): Samantha (former girlfriend and current friend); Steven (best friend); Others will appear later
Three reasons why you have chosen that character: Because I love the cosmic ****. There's been nothing done with the cosmic portion of this universe, and that, my friends, is a travesty. And Because I ****ing created him, jackass. That's why I ****ing choose him.
Write two complete sentences using proper English grammar explaining what you think you can bring to the RPG: Nothing. I can bring absolutely nothing to this game. I'm a bum, what can I say?![]()

How many times do you intend on posting a DAY IN the RPG: As many as need be, life permiting.
Do you know how to post pictures on the hype boards: Yes
Sample Origin Post (Minimum Four paragraphs containing dialogue):
"It's got to be dream."
Terrence looked around for something, anything. But there was nothing. Nothing but white light in all directions. Up. Down. Left. Right.
Everywhere.
Terrence Myers.
Terrence jumped as the voice boomed, seemingly inside his head and all around him.
"What the **** is going on here!? Jesus, did they spike my beer?"
Terrance Myers, you have been deemed worthy. I am the First One, the One before time, and before thought.
"Oookay", Myers replied in a state of shock.
"So...you're what? Some sort of a god?"
I am above the whims of deities, Terrence Myers. I am the primordial force of this universe. The hope for all sentient beings throughout existence.
"Yeah, still not seeing what this has to do with me."
Throughout the eons, I have chosen the beings of this universe that possess the spirit of a hero to become my avatar on this plane. Only those truly worthy receive the honor to become my champion.
Terrence paused as he tried to process all the startling information that just fell into his lap.
"So...what does this champion do?"
My avatar helps this reality by seeking out and destroying the darkness dwelling within it. My champion protects the innocent and the good against those that would do them harm.
"Wait, so I'd be like some sort of cosmic superhero", he asks aloud as his lips crease into a smile.
"I think I'm going to dig this."
Working on two rock solid posts. Shape, I got some questions to ask via PM
I think there are like 3-5 people that I have no made MicroHeroes for. Forgive me for not knowing the exact names at this very moment (I'd have to go back and look)...but if you KNOW that I haven't made a MicroHero for your character yet could you please post a description of how you'd want your character to look?
Because that's what has stopped me. I'm not sure how to visualize some of your characters. I take a design if you provide it and make it my own, but it still helps for me to have some sort of mold.
I just noticed Eternus lives in my hometown, Tampa![]()

No, he lives in my hometown. Get it right, dammit!![]()
I've picked out some references for Hatman, Axl Bishop (although not sure if this guy is still playing), and The Invisible Man thus far. The Invisible Man is the one I'm feeling the most at the moment so I think if I work on them today it will be him first.
I am. A Bay area boy, born 'n bred.
Here's my attempt at a micro for the Invisible Man...
Go ahead, you can say it. It's ****ing sweet, I know.![]()

Despite what's been said since yesterday, there has been some development on the cosmic side of CAH. The Gamemasters who narrate the first IC post have been established as the in-game creators of the universe, and not just the title for us in the OOC thread. Can I just ask that where you have the word "Creators" listed in the description be switched to "Gamemasters," or make the two titles interchangeable when characters are referring to them, and then it'll be all hunky-dory.Ok, here's my brief rundown of the cosmic pantheon, and such. It's pretty basic, so there's plenty of leeway for future add-ons and such.
In the Beginning...
When our universe was formed by the enigmatic Creators, the two primordial forces came into being: light and darkness. The Alpha, and the Omega.
Both these power fought for dominion over existence until the Creators stepped in and took much of their power away, forcing them to co-exist in harmony.
Alpha and Omega obeyed, but they both still resented each other utterly. Their battle now rages on throughout the millennia, but it is fought by mortal pawns they turn into their "avatars", Eternus for Alpha, and Nihilum for Omega.
The Creators then looked out onto the lifeless void of planets and space, and they grew unhappy. There was no life in their creation to take advantage of all they had made.
So the Creators took a fraction of their power and gave life to Eminence, the cosmic over-god and servant of the Creators. Through Eminence, their vision began to grow as the Over-God used his limitless power to create the cosmic gods, the Three Sisters.
Aevum, the Life-Giver. Aevum was given the power to create life wherever she went. The Life-Giver is responsible for the birth of billions upon billions of races and unique beings, dubbed the Children of Aevum, throughout the eons.
Animus, the Recorder. Animus was given a mind capable of reaching across the breadth of the cosmos. She uses her powers to record the history of creation in the confines of her private dimension, Indicium. Though choosing a solitary lifestyle, Animus is served by her champion, Libra. By her decree, Libra travels the universe maintaining the balance to existence.
Occisor, the Star-Butcher. The opposite of her sister, Aevum, Occisor brings death and destruction wherever she goes. In her is an unmitigated desire to end life throughout the universe, bringing it back to the peace it knew before. Her powers are as vast as they are frightening, as she acquired her namesake from her ability to cause stars to go supernova. Occisor was eventually defeated and imprisoned by her two sister before she could carry out her goal. The whereabouts of her imprisonment is unknown, as only Aevum and Animus know where she is located. And the sisters are not telling.
After Occisor's imprisonment, Aevum came to see that all this life she was creating was impossible to govern on her own. So, with Eminence's blessings, Aevum created the pantheons of lesser deities to watch over the all of the beings she created. Thus the old gods, such as Izanagi, Zeus, Ra, Odin, and Anansi, were born to Earth to govern the burgeoning human race.
