Funny how Krypto felt like an "I could take it or leave it" idea for the fandom at first and now he may be the film's main selling point. "It's yet another superhero flick... but the hero has a pooch!" I really dig him and hope there's plenty more of him, for both humor and emotional bits. Maybe even a Milo-in-The-Mask genuinely badass dog moment.

My sample size is tiny, but I think this film could be a big hit with the younger crowd. While watching this sneak peek my three-year-old daughter noticed it and was completely captivated by the footage, then asked to watch it 4 more more times.

I am impressed by what I saw. I love the Silver Age touches and the overall vibe of the footage. It seems like a film for the whole family without coming off as something only to be enjoyed by children.

Oh, it is the right decision to separate Reeves Batman from the DCU.

My sample size is tiny, but I think this film could be a big hit with the younger crowd. While watching this sneak peek my three-year-old daughter noticed it and was completely captivated by the footage, then asked to watch it 4 more more times.

I think Superman is going to have something for everyone, as he should. He should relate to the little ones, as well as teenagers/adults. Superman should be for everyone... and I just get the vibe from this scene Gunn is going to give us a great Superman film. I am very hopeful!

I just got back from the movies to see that new Finn wolfhard summer camp horror movie, but I did manage to take a peek into an IMAX screening that showed the extended scene

And let me tell you. You could just feel it in the room. The world is begging for a Superman movie like this. I may be biased, but I think this thing is gonna be a behemoth.

And let me tell you. You could just feel it in the room. The world is begging for a Superman movie like this. I may be biased, but I think this thing is gonna be a behemoth.

I think it definitely has a chance at being a hit for absolute sure. The freshness is off the charts, and even the films most ruthless haters won't be able to help themselves from taking that double look on what exactly this film will achieve. Mix that in with Gunn's good fortunes with critics (who rejected Snyder's vision overall, especially during the height of its most importance) and there you will have good energy and vibes heading into July (where spirits are high with summer in full throttle for the kids). Then you will have families interested with a hooked demographic the studio is targeting and before you know it, this thing can have the ever-so important legs.

But a lot needs to happen and go right, obviously. But the signs are there to have that healthy shot at landing on all four wheels..or paws.
