I wonder if they timed the order of the shoot so they can have something good for the teaser? Before the July premiere of the teaser they should have quite a bit to choose scenes from - the India shoot, GPCD related scenes from the May shoot, Gotham General Hospital scenes from Croydon, Manor scenes from Nottingham and whatever they shot at the Cardington Hangar which will be the wildcard since we have no idea what those are. If they're shooting in Glasgow and Inverness this June, then they can have choose something from there too.

I imagine we'll see something in July. We probably won't see much, but we'll see something.

I wonder what sort of crime happens in Gotham General that needs caution tape in the lobby of the hospital?

I think it's a reflection from outside, where the tape is.

They had footage for the TDK teaser- they just chose not to show anything. With Inception and Batman Begins they did. With TDKR it makes sense to show footage.
