Wait, wasn't TDK about a year after BB instead of 6-7 months? Didn't the Joker say "...a year ago these cops & lawyers wouldn't dare cross any of you..."?

I'm hoping TDKR is set only a few months after TDK at the most. Would like to see the story pick up with Batman being on the run with how the events of TDK affected him.

It'd be cool if each trailer had a specific character focus.

The first could be about Batman, the second about Bane and the last about Catwoman.

Not necessarily. The Joker could have said three years ago, and it still would apply if Batman had only appeared in the past six months.

I think that Licensing Expo starts next Tuesday, supposedly we might get our first glimpse of a new vehicle from TDKR, we'll see, I'm not counting on it, probably the logo.

I think in the virals with Gotham Tonight it's mentioned that the events in TDK are around 9 months after BB

Although, it seems odd that the Execs or Nolan hasn't pushed for a teaser in front of GL. It's WB/DC and most fans watching said film will be looking forward to TDKR.

It's not likes it too soon either. Really. . . they can't slap the TDKR logo, slowing coming from the dark, lighting up the screen, with a bit of dialogue with it.

Well they got away with it for TDK because everyone knows what a Joker card means, and who Joker is. Nobody really knows who Bane is, and I'm not sure how much of an antagonist Catwoman's going to be so they sure can't pitch her as the archvillain this time around. Like with Inception, I'm pretty sure this teaser will have visuals.

I've tried to call him out on his need to make passive aggressive remarks towards other, better, sites with no such luck. I honestly don't feel like pulling his head out of his ass just to yell at him though.

I honestly don't see how they'd wait such a long time to reveal such an important character. My guess is that she'll be used heavily in marketing so the sooner they get a pic of her out there, the better.

It's still very early though, I think this year will be all Bane. My guess is the teaser trailer will be focused around him and then we'll get a "tease" of Catwoman in the first full trailer (probably in December). Then 2012's marketing will very focused on Catwoman.

If they want a nice picture released, you'd think they'd update the website with the logo, then an area where you can click on it and up comes the new batmobile, kind of like the BB site........

I have a feeling Catwoman might be the Two-Face of this movie. Meaning we won't get a lot of shots or footage or a sneak peak at Catwoman until much later.
