As for the whole 'Why did we get Amazing Spiderman cast shots so early and not TDKR?' thing... It's because Nolan keeps everything very close to his chest, also he's shooting on closed off sets not large public streets and bridges like Spiderman...

If there is a new bat mobile, I'd imagine it'd be fairly hard to shoot it without someone snapping a pic or two of it... Especially of there's something like the Lower Wacker chase from TDK in this movie... I'm really curious to see what direction they go for his transportation this time round... My reckoning is it'll be something like a slimmed down Tumbler... So very angled like a Stealth fighter but not as tankish as the Tumbler was
