Its a little less than 72 kbs isn't it? Yeah I'm not sure how to do that unless I cut 30 kbs worth of frames. someone better with image ready might do it or point me in the direction how. but 100x100s are 72 kb max arent they?

It would nearly impossible to do a font exactly like the Joker one. There are at least two or three variations on each letter.
