It's a photoshop cutout filter with some manual lasso drawing for details.

wow these are all awsome.. maybe you should start making some of these awsome wallpapers without the cutout tool try doing it realistically, im sure they would look amazing..

has anyone posted a gif of the Batpod driving up that wall and turning around? i was watching it on my 'digital copy' yesterday and i played it back frame by frame, and it looks so much cooler when its slowed down and you can really see it. i would make a gif of it i just don't know how to
