To be sure, the superhero registration act in this RPG is like the one introduced in Civil War, i.e. heroes need to register their identities? And it was passed 20 years in this continuity? So what heroes complied with it?

Just checking, I plan on incorporating it into my Dibny arc.

We don't really know what heroes complied, although a lot that didn't ended up in Freezes space prison. Oh...about that...jail break?

I don't mind which one of you guys try to, it is just to spark some life and get the RPG feeling whole and together. Rather than people just randomly placed in the world.

Removed Batman, Robin, Martian Manhunter, and The Flash from the roster. Although Robin may be sticking around, so I'll hold off on accepting any apps for him should Byrd Man choose to stick with him. If so, I'll simply re-add to the roster without an app needed.

Bizarro and Joker will most likely removed soon, but I am going to try to contact those two playing them first.
