As I said on the last page, I do think that Ray has an agenda that's not exactly what he's stated so far.... Personally, I suspect he's probably doing something that could save his wife or something noble like that (instead of what Malcolm did, destroying the Glades in revnge for his wife's death) but that he's so focussed on his goal that he's willing to use/not able to see he's using anyone and everyone he can until he gets there....

Well, it's possible they will give Oliver yet another love interest or ship him back to Laurel. Felicity has no "iconic" destiny, so that makes her more fun. They really can't make Oliver look too bad because he's the hero. and they probably want to turn Ray into the Atom at some point so he cant go too bad either. I do think Felicity's populiarity surprised TPTB thogh.
