The Evil Within: Some May Call It an Evil that is Resident

Haha then what was the point of adding it in?

To frustrate the **** out of you, probably.

'Hey, here's these cool ass weapons? But no infinite ammo or available ammo in the game itself. That would've been cool, too, huh? Yeah, it probably would have.'

That's bull**** man. Whatever once I'm done with + mode, I think I'll sell the game. I have no desire to go through it 3 more times to get the Platinum.

Yeah, it's definitely an odd choice. It's like Mikami made this game with a grudge against anyone playing it.

No interest in the DLC?

If the additions are to my liking, then yeah. If it's only a couple of story missions with no new weapons or anything, then probably not.

I found a few rounds here and there when I noticed them but not usually. I didn't get anything for the Rocket Launcher two playthroughs later though.

Something about DLC was posted like 10 posts ago...

But yes, there's been news. The first of three DLC packs, called The Assignment, is due out next month.

If it's all story DLC, I'm going to be a little annoyed.

Just give us the whole story in the actual game.

Just so vague.

It's story DLC. Two of the three DLC are story add-ons, one is something else that apparently lets you play as The Keeper.

But hey, the story sucks, so you can just enjoy the gameplay.

I was just disappointed with how abrupt and vague the ending was. No one even asked about Joseph.

I cared. Joseph was an awesome follower. He had a kickass axe, a gun of his own and he could get healed without stealing your items. He's not quite up to Elizabeth of Bioshock Infinite levels but he's pretty close. I was pissed when they just had him vanish.

Joseph is my uncle. Beware the way you're talking about him.

Have you played the games where you get an easily killable NPC that runs head long into danger? I have. Did you play Silent Hill 4: The Room where Eileen would run straight at some enemies to smack them with her purse? I did. Remember Bioshock where you had to tend to the Little Sisters who died so easy and you had to pretty much restart if they died? I sure as **** do! Joseph is awesome as you don't have to ****ing babysit the jerk and he can defend himself and help you out. That makes him better than 99% of the rest of those freaking NPCs. So Shaddup!

I'm talking about from a story perspective.

Where in Bioshock did Little Sisters die too easily? Or am I the only guy that booby trapped a square mile outside the body she was harvesting to the point where it was like trying to get into Fort Knox?

I put it on the hardest difficulty for my first time through on most games. I tend to regret it fairly quickly but I press on. I'm pretty sure I lost at least two of the Little Sisters by the end of it.

Ah ok, gotcha. Some splicers are enough of an issue on Normal, so on higher difficulties I imagine most (attempted) harvests can get quite out of hand.

I'm giving the no upgrades run a try after that I'm just missing the achievements for chapter 5, 12, nightmare mode and Akumu mode. I think I'll be done after the no gel run. :p
