The guys over at Joblo claim that the previous poster (the blue/purple-ish one) was really an authentic one.

Now before we get to the poster, just a quick bit of defense of our EXPENDABLES 2 poster that we debuted last month. It's en vogue to say that poster is ******** or, as Stallone himself put it, "bogus." Uh-huh. Well, that's just not the case. I know the poster and where it came from and how it came to us and trust me it's the opposite of bogus. It may not wind up being used in an official capacity but if that's the case, it's only because it was leaked to us.

I thought it was a great poster.

I don't have a problem with Hemsworth whatsoever, but it seems to me like they're trying to make people think it's actually Chris Hemsworth lol. I've already read posts online about how people are happy that "Thor" is in this movie.

Why else would they ever post his name alongside the others? Almost nobody knows who the heck Liam Hemsworth is; it's not like he's a big draw. But Thor, on the other hand...

Yeap it's a clear ploy to trick people into thinking it's his brother.

And it's not unusual for big names like Willis and Arnie to be credited last. If you're not the main star and top billing, then you want a special "And..." credit at the end. The people listed in the middle are the ones who are forgettable.

But JCVD is the bad guy and his last name is Vilain? I mean, come on, try to be a little more creative.

The characters names are all ridiculous,But they made a quick mention in the first movie that everyone's names are obviously cover names,JCVD's character could of simply named himself villain cause he knows he's an a-hole/mean&a bad guy and loves it!!!

The fan-made one was even better IMO, but the official one is still cool.


Also, the more I think about it the more I can't wait to hear what kind of quips the dialogue is gonna have. I'll bet they've all got some hilarious jabs at one another, much like the Willis/Schwarzenegger/Stallone scene from the first one.

Yeah, I want to see JCVD talk smack to Lundgren and vice versa and Stallone and JCVD talk smack to eachother also.

I can't wait to hear Stallone, Willis, Arnie and Norris all take jabs at eachother and talk smack again.

I hope Stallone can get Eastwood in the 3rd film in a cameo, where he talks smack to all of them! That would be great cinema!

I agree. Stallone and West, should NOT kill off JCVD in this film. They need to use him and bring him back in the 3rd film. It would be a waste and mistake to kill him off in this sequel.

If anything, just kill off Adkins and the other baddies.

I don't think Hemsworth name should be on the other names on the board. Doesn't make sense. I guess they are just trying to sucker some into thinking it is Chris, who played Thor.

I think LGF want Hemsworth to look like a big name in time for The Hunger Games.

I hope if Li does die, it's done in a manner lending possibility to return for a sequel. JCVD should live I agree. Scott Adkins and Gary Daniels should return for EX3 playing completely new characters as only 80's B-grade action movie fans would recognise them. Austin should be back in Freddy Krueger make up.

If I had to pick any of them to kill off, it'd definitely be Couture. I thought he was the least memorable character.

He's actually a bit better in the extended cut. His ear speech was butchered in the editing room, in it's completed form it's actually quite funny. Still I wouldn't be sad to see him go.

I think Couture should be the one to go. no one really gave a #### about him. Li was memorable because of his fight with Lundgren which was the coolest fight scene in the first one.

I wouldn't mind some Jackie Chan in the mix. It's a little bit older now, but in his days, it was extremely entertaining to watch.
