This Iris and Barry stuff they need to lay off though IMO. It's way too forced. I'm fearful they're gonna take it into Olicity territory.

I agree about the Iris/Barry stuff. They're laying it on thick. And I'm a supporter of their relationship (generally)

Barry pretty much stood by and let Wally get hyet. He totally could've jumped in there

Is it just me or do the fight scenes feel more kinetic? I can really feel the punches. They're using good slow down-speed up effects

They're laying it on extremely thick. As each season goes. I really don't want it to be more Olicity. Hopefully it doesn't end up that way. But it annoys me either way.

Oh wow and as I type that we get yet another sequence of Iris talking to Barry/Flash telling him how she cares and believes in him etc. Yeah they're laying it on way too thick.

The Rival: That's impossble.
The Flash is running on air, so I guess the writers knew that had to acknowledge that.

Lol he always has to have a speech in the earphones for motivation doesn't he?

Yes that's true, and honestly even as corny as that can be I don't mind it when it's other people. But when it's Iris professing her love or the connection between them etc etc I can't stand it. Because once again, it's just so forced and laid on so thick. Even now being 3 seasons and they continue to do it.

I honestly chuckled a little when Joe shot the Rival. I know they are redoing the thing that happened in the pilot. But in the pilot Joe saved Barry from Clye Mardon and here Barry already defeated the guy.

YESSSSS that ending. Ending made up for what was an alright episode for me. Not horrible, but not great either. It was alright. But the ending

It felt like they resolved things too quickly, but I guess it isn't fully resolved.

Great episode. In the preview, that's the villain from Arrow this season right? If so, I think Arrow might have been effected.

well they defently weren't kidding once flashpoint was over there would be major fallout for rest of series.

That was Doctor Alchemy and I think he's just going to be a villain on the Flash. He's also being played by Tobin Bell.

Very interesting. The scenes between Barry and Thawne were great, it was really cool to see Alex Desert appear and see Flash and Kid Flash fighting side by side.

I'm all for Barry and Iris getting together, but they laid that on pretty thick and while they made Barry/Flash seem pretty smart, I wasn't a fan of him asking for help and the fact that Kid Flash and Iris seemed to be taking metahumans down just the two of them and Flash needs a whole team.

Looking forward to seeing Tom Felton on next weeks episode.

I gave it a 7/10.

Ah, thanks. Lol. Probably got confused between the trailers for both shows or mixed trailers then.

Also Barry Parker, don't think the two of them alone were that successful in protecting the city as just the two of them thus Kid Flash always getting beat without Flash and the team.

Voiced by Tobin Bell...I think Tom Felton is the actual Doctor Alchemy

Flash and Wally had a good dynamic. (Briefly)

Good start to the season, but I do wish we'd gotten to spend more time in the alternate Flashpoint timeline for at least one more episode. Even still, it will be interesting to see how much has changed due to Barry's actions. I'm still hopeful that something, even if minor, on Arrow or even Legends is affected due to Flashpoint, but I won't lose sleep if nothing happens.

I'm glad it was revealed that Iris and Joe are no longer speaking. I was about to be pissed that last season's cliffhanger was resolved so easily.

Question: why wasn't it "Harrison Wells" who killed Barry's mom? When did he get replaced by this new guy?

So
Zoom ended up killing Iris or is she still alive?
