Lois is only in the Supergirl portion now. "Our" Clark probably too. But I believe we should be meeting Black Suit Superman next episode.I'm actually a bit glad we'll be going to Gotham City on the Arrow portion of the crossover, given the similarities and what Arrow borrows from the Batman world. And looks like Kate Kane indeed is on Earth-1. Good start to the crossover. I do wish there'd been maybe a throwaway line about how Nora isn't around, given what we learned about her last time.
I assume Clark and Lois are in the other episodes? Or I'd assume they're at least in the Supergirl portion.
I have doubts you'll enjoy it if you don't have any familiarity with the Flash and Arrow characters, but it is otherwise fairly self-contained. The first part's only 44 minutes of TV, so you don't have much to lose by giving it a whirl.Never have seen any of these shows except for Season 1-2.3 of Supergirl. Should I watch this? Plus, can I stick to events and go back to the previous two?
Haha, nice fourth wall implication with that Tuesday line.
They were talking about all the crazy stuff happening, and Ralph says, "and it's not even Tuesday."I missed it what was the Tuesday line?
I missed it what was the Tuesday line?
Yeah, but I meant being familiar with the characters and their dynamics, both with each other and their supporting casts, within the shows. But yeah, you should be fine. It's just, so far the premise is primarily a body swap thing, and those aren't nearly as enjoyable if you don't know the established character dynamics as they're supposed to be first, you know? Its not like I don't know who Flash and Green Arrow are
2 people that you've known for years come to saying "we've switched bodies" and your immediate reaction is to A. Not believe them and B. to LOCK THEM UP as if they were criminals? That makes zero sense!?! And then Barry wants Oliver to talk to iris to try to convince her? Was she supposed to be refusing to speak to "Oliver" that Barry couldnt go over there and tell her exactly the same thing he says to her later on?
This was my beef as well, the 2nd half was much better then the first half(15 minutes) due to this. The whole hiding identities and them getting locked up just felt forced.
Nah, it was just nod. Just a "look, we're in Smallville now!" Supergirl's continuity doesn't jive with Smallville's.But since they used the Smallville theme song is this supposed to be the same Superman from that show, just not Tom Welling?
