Can you imagine The Flash crossing over to Smallville and Wonder Woman Lynda Carter?

**************.COMTom Welling has been fielding a lot of questions about Supergirl lately, and while it would make absoluetly no sense for him to reprise the role of Superman there, he certainly sounds open to the idea.
"I’ve gotten a lot of questions about that, and the funny thing is, I’ve never been asked. They’ve never asked me. So, we’ll see. It’s a great show; I’ve seen it. I might need a little notice!"
As CBS may be developing his new show Section 13, it's certainly possible that he could show up in some sort of role there, so we'll have to wait and see! Be sure to keep watching the video above as theSmallville alum also weighs in on who he's rooting for in Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice (the answer probably won't shock you), man buns vs braids and Clinton vs Trump.
What do you think? Would you like to see Welling as the Man of Steel again?

well they have the actress that played super girl in small ville who's doing the show bitten play Indigo a former titan (books) & member and former villain turned hero. so say if Tom does show up, but not as clark / super man, but as another character. that's more likely to happen.I would. I pray they do. But it wont happen.
I would've preferred a crossover into the Smallville universe but this is pretty cool too.

It was never actually said that crossovers would never happen. What was actually said, albeit with different wording from the various people who were asked about the possibility, is that there were no active plans to do crossovers at the time the questions about doing crossovers were asked.
I figured crossovers were inevitable, but didn't expect them to happen this year/season.
The difference of course being that Constantine the Series exists in the "Flarrow"-verse proper
^ Such an explanation wouldn't have worked given what's been established via both Supergirl and the "Flarrow"-verse shows.
SG's Earth is not and has never been the Earth-1 of the "Flarrow"-verse, so the only way crossovers are possible is via the Multiverse concept as established on The Flash.
Well it's one step closer to acknowledging Sups & Bats, I'll take it.
^ It already has, thanks to Rip Hunter.
Superman and Batman may not exist on Earth-1 YET, but they will at some point between 2016 and 2166.
Maybe. We know that Matt Ryan plays a Constantine that looks and acts a lot like the one from the TV show. I'm actually not sure we can assume the *rest* of the show carried over, though. Note that John never referenced any of the ongoing plots or characters from his own show.
Sure, some of them is just because of limited screen time. . . but I have a sneaking suspicion that, in a season or two? We'll have a great deal of further development in the mystic world, and it will look basically nothing like anything shown on Constantine.
What would they have to retcon exactly? It's not like there's anything in either show's cannon that I can think of that prohibits them from inhabiting the same Earth. I couldnt care less what Berlanti has said in interviews previously.
While Flash does have the ability to go into the Multiverse, I don't know if you necessarily need to go that route with this. They theoretically could (and do in many formats) exist on the same Earth. Unless they're going to say that on Earth-1 Supergirl won't show up until some time in the future?
I'll agree with you that the producers COULD retcon things so that SG and The Flash take place in the same universe, but would like to point out, again, that Deadline (which does not as a general policy post information that it has not vetted and validated) has had it confirmed to them that the crossover will in fact be facilitated through the use of the Multiverse concept, which is actually the easiest option that currently exists based on what both series have already set up or, in the case of The Flash, had set up for them.
Was he publicly known?
That doesn't really say he was publicly known. I'm not saying that he wasn't, but that just says that he'd become Superman at that point.Yes.
Kara even says so in her opening narration:
"But my pod got knocked off course and by the time I got here, my cousin had grown up and become Superman."
