I just watched the uncut kills from Friday the 13th Part 2, honestly I don’t think they add anything. Yeah they’re gorier but the kills as they are in the film work better imo.

This is great I know the original plan was doing like 6 short films. Cool they’re gonna do a full feature length now. Love both that they’ve done already and I backed both campaigns. Will be backing them once again for sure.

I rewatched Jason Goes To Hell recently, and I am baffled that this was a real movie that got made and that the creative choices that were made were actually made. The film blew its load in the opening by blowing up Jason and had nothing to follow it up with, so we get Jason's heart possessing people (which gives us nothing except a bunch of actors doing a Jason impersonation), including a scene where Jason shaves the beard of one of his victims before possessing him (does Jason not like beards?). And ultimately all of this amounts to nothing, because Jason gets "reborn" in the same form he had at the beginning of the movie, so what was all that **** for? This is the worst movie in the franchise, easily.

Look, I love this series as much as the next person for its sheer entertainment value, nothing more, nothing less.

But after 12 films, do we really need another one? Other than making money of course, what more is there to do with it?

I do find it ironic that it’s the 13th film that has all this trouble in getting made lol
