It's really easier than all you boys think to get girls. If I had any inclination (or was single...) I could pick up many a chick.

All you have to do is get to know them, ask them a lot of questions about themselves, girls like that. Act interested in what they have to say, but be a tiny bit of a prick to her. Just a tiny bit. It's alluring and mysterious. Be as charming as possible, but don't let on that you like them. Just remain a peripheral fixture in her life. Don't get flustered, and once you know each other a little bit, just invite her out for coffee or something she likes to do. Then, say you had a lot of fun and that you should maybe go on a date sometime.

Girls are generally put off by declarations, like "I've loved you since I've known you! Please date me!" or being caught off guard with an unexpected come on, like you trying to kiss her out of nowhere. It's not impossible to get the chick, there's just a process.

And you can do this with many girls at one time, so that's a plus.

While being in the friend zone sucks there are advantages to it. It can often lead to meeting some of her hot friends and you could end up banging one of them. That's never a bad consolation prize. I've made a good living for myself using this method. : ) Just be yourself my friend and good things will happen to you. I'm one of those people who are considered the "nice guy" and I still manage to get my share of trim.

He hasn't been roosterblocked though, he screwed up himself, you can't roosterblock yourself, a third party must be involved for that. An example of roosterblocking would be if he went out with a girl and her friends a few times, asking his friends to come along to act as wingmen and they declined. Then he finally gets the girl alone and finally that's the time his friends come to "help him out" trying to get the girl, but actually are just roosterblocking him. Of course that's just a hypothetical, not like that's ever happened to me.

I'm ALWAYS getting stuck in the goddamn friend zone . . . and it's usually cuz the natural course of things are interrupted by our insecurities, or we let that 'serious' moment happen, when it's not necessary . . . (we being guys, that is). Although, a couple times the friend zone helped me score as well, a la friends/sisters/cousins

I have before. This girl, to put it nicely, is not my taste. However, a few weeks back, he landed a red-head and bought her a drink. Once she realized he was a bore, she starting looking around, and caught eyes with me.

When he noticed that she wasn't "in to him," he tipped his hat, and walked off. I got a second look, and then I began to make my move. As soon as I sat next to her, here came ol' boy, right between us.

I backed off, tipped my hat, gave him a low-five, and whsipered in his ear, "if you don't close the deal, all bets are off, and I will bury you the next time you cockblock me."


For some reason, now, he thinks we are best of friends.
