I should play that before 6. Just want to get co-op RE games done while I can before co-op partner moves onto something else.

I'm expecting a horrible singleplayer game and an only acceptable multiplayer game. It wil be fun just to get all 4 people onto the same campaign game (who are all RE fans) as there still aren't enough games that allow that. Yeah I like the idea of being an elite team completely tooled up and just taking the action right to the zombies. Always dreamed of getting my revenge on those bastards without sneaking around a mansion between typewriter room sessions & feeling like a scared mouse.

I need to read up on the plots of the previous games as it was so long ago I played the 1st 3 & Veronica. Want to at least remember all the major hero characters.

I'd give it a 6-7. When your expectations are dialed back, you know you won't get a survival horror game, and get a full party, it's a fun experience.

I really enjoyed playing as a no nonsense Elite Team, prepared and equipped for this situation. Running through the streets of Raccoon City, just cleaning house. And I got really into the mood, when I played tracks from the first Resident Evil Movie in the background. Just fit perfectly.

This game could have been really amazing, had the core RE grouped worked on it. I think Capcom should always have two different RE titles in the works. One that is a single player experience and focuses entirely on the survival horror aspect of the the series. And the 2nd Title focusing completely on co-op/MP and action, like RE5/ORC.

Would not get any Xbone hopes up from that source. Fairly questionable, to say the least. MS seems really attached to the Kinect. They didn't drop it like they did the other policies when they did the "180", so I doubt they will. At least not before launch.

So...i just bought the citadel DLC and now started to play Mass Effect 3 again...

So far, it's been kinda difficult toget used to the controls again...

I guess the big deal is the track itself. Someone went through and meticulously designed that whole track with the Trackmania editor. So the amount of effort and work someone put into it for that shot is impressive.

Yep exactly what I'm expecting so hopefully that should cushion me from how bad it actually is. Damn, I don't even remember the music. Too long since I played the 1st game. And agreed on having 2 games in the works unless they can combine it properly (as RE6 tried and failed to do) in their main series games by having more than one storyline.

Red Dead Redemption 2 coming?

Take-Two has listed Red Dead Redemption among franchises it considers "permanent", heavily implying a sequel to the game will one day materialise.

Speaking at last night's investor call (via Videogamer), CEO Strauss Zelnick explained that the company didn't see any of its franchises as one-shots, and that new instalments of a high quality were always encouraged.

"Our goal is to try to create permanent franchises," he said. "That's the unique goal in the industry.

"Outside of our business you can look at James Bond, for example. And it's been our goal not just to preserve and grow the Grand Theft Auto franchise, but also to build other franchises that we think can be permanent, whether that's the Red Dead franchise or the Borderlands franchise or the BioShock franchise or others, Civilization, for example."

Nintendo’s first-quarter financial resultsreveal that 160,000 Wii U consoles were sold in the entire world between the start of April and the end of June this year. I don’t think anyone was expecting a sudden resurgence after the grimace-worthy figures of the final three months of last financial year, but that is below even the most pessimistic expectations. It’s more shocking when you break it down by territory; of that paltry number,90,000 were sold in Japan, 60,000 in the Americas, and just 10,000 in Europe, Australia and the rest of the world.

Less than 10,000 consoles in the whole of Europe in 3 months. That’s almost unbelievable. The older-gen consoles sell far more than that weekly.

A couple of months ago, I posted chatting with somoene who said they worked with Rockstar and that a RDR redemption was going to be Their big title for next year and would star [blackout]Jack Marsten[/blackout]. Ive just been waiting for Rockstar to say something about that post-GTA V

I posted on this in the Wii U thread but the article I linked didnt break down how those numbers were per territory. 10K in Europe? Yikes! Thats only the biggest market in the world. At least they have Japan’s support I guess.

Yup, like I said in the Nintendo thread.. The WiiU is in serious trouble. Now, Nintendo the company isn't since the 3DS is a power house, but they really, reeeeeeally need to rethink how they're gonna tackle this. I suggest a price drop to 249.99 and pack in a better game that Nintendo Land.. Also push out some MAJOR Nintendo games, stat and maybe, just maybe, get 3rd party to notice them.

The issue is, 3rd party pubs and devs will continue to ignore them as long as their user base remains this small. So unless Nintendo can really get people to buy this system, its only going to get worse for the Wii U. They might damn well have to make the next Zelda or Mario game exclusive to a bundle in order to move these machines.

Now that may not bother most people but they aren't even putting in the resources to have it match the other versions by having them all have the same features. I see the Wii U version of even the multi platform titles getting the short end if the stick and that'll get worse when the PS4 and X1 become the lead platforms

Eh they shouldnt include the adapter any way, what they should include is a f'ing headset. Even Sony is doing that this go round.

Its a non issue for me tho, whichever system i go with, im getting a wireless mic.

Yeah, they SHOULD have included the headset.. but since they're not they should include this stupid thing and not sell it for 19.99..Which they will. I'm probably getting a 50 dollar turtle beach corded headset. read good things on it.. I could honestly careless about the sound as I have a sound system.. I just want a comfy headset.

The newer 360 and Kinect bundles don't include a mic, because theoretically you would use Kinect as a mic, which is a bad idea.

Agreed. Maybe kinect "2.0" will offer better reception, but the current one blows. A buddy of mine will use his Kinect as a mic and i hate it.
