Okay I see my corner of YouTube is getting into Dispatch which is like Telltale style game and apparently very horny (there's a censorship option which says a lot).

DotO has been on my backlog for years.Trying to get through my backlog of games, and I'm almost done with Death of the Outsider (I think. I'm at the mine.), but I've already had two days of not playing. This always happens. Finish your damn games.Maybe writing it down here will give me a push.
I love the Dishonored games.Have you played D2 already? It's next on my list. I've just been replaying D1 over and over again, it was timeDotO has been on my backlog for years.I love the Dishonored games.

Yes, I played the first two games with at least two playthroughs each (lethal and non-lethal). In D2, you pick one of two characters to play, each has their own abilities.Have you played D2 already? It's next on my list. I've just been replaying D1 over and over again, it was time
Can't wait to find out what they changed/improved. DotO is already giving me minor trouble with smarter enemies, can't even leave doors open anymore, damn. But the maps are very fun so far. Except one little bit, but that might just be my don't kill/little to no detection bs and the lack of a proper Blink. Not sure if knocked out bodies no longer despawning is good or bad. In one chapter I had a pile of like twenty dudes![]()
In one of the missions in D2, I killed everyone and piled their corpses on a table. I'll try to find the screenshot I took.Have you played D2 already? It's next on my list. I've just been replaying D1 over and over again, it was time

I adore 1 and honestly I find its story more engaging, but the gameplay and level design in 2 is next level. I really need to get around to playing DotO, but I just don't find the Daud-Billie storylines nearly as engaging as Corvo/Emily and all of the royal politics.Yes, I played the first two games with at least two playthroughs each (lethal and non-lethal). I 100%'d D2. The first one is a bit harder to do so because some of the achievements are related to the challenge missions which I don't really care about. I believe DotO released after D2 as a standalone expansion. D2 has one specific mission which has some of the best level design I've seen.

Wasn't really paying attention to the chronological order of the games, and I have run into some lore stuff that went over my head, whoops. Really, the only reason I'm playing DotO first, is that it seemed shorter (and because my favorite character is in it). With two characters it's gonna take an age to get D2 off the backlog listYes, I played the first two games with at least two playthroughs each (lethal and non-lethal). I also have a huge backlog and don't necessarily 100% games except for a few exceptions. You can't unlock all achievements in one single playthrough in some games including D2. Looking up my profile on HowLongToBeat, I did 3 playthroughs in D2. I also wanted to see the other different endings depending how much chaos you did.Wasn't really paying attention to the chronological order of the games, and I have run into some lore stuff that went over my head, whoops. 100%, wow, congrats. Don't know how people do it, I don't have the patience. Every time I try lethal I just get bored. Looking at all the fun deadly gadgets and skills I'm clearly doing it wrongChallenges are filler. These games don't need filler, guys, come on.![]()

It is a fantastic immersive sim game and I wish ImSim games were more popular/commercially successful. I also highly suggest Prey (2017) from Arkane if you haven't played it yet. A true spiritual successor to the System Shock games (moreso than BioShock IMO).Since I haven't played D2 yet, Daud and Billie (and the Outsider) are more interesting to me. Corvo wasn't enough of a character in D1, the other characters are really what made that game. Ended up enjoying the DLCs slightly more, even if the story wasn't that complex.
You guys make D2 sound incredible, can't wait to get there.
