but I have been thinking, wouldn’t it be fun if you gave superman a grandma? Similar to the relationship between the grandma and the grandchild in Minari, there’s a lot of conflict and attempts to understand each others culture because superman craves learning more about his kryptonian heritage from her.

the twist is of course the grandmother is granny goodness and builds the saga builds to darkseid

He has been mentioned, still surprised he doesn't get more attention. He is even larger physically then when those pictures were taken. Physically he is probably in the best shape at present for the role, he could fill out the suit from day one of being cast

I think I brought up Brainiac changing form a while back and thought it could be interesting. Idk why the character would do it outside of maybe trying to understand humans on a physical level as opposed to their history and their technology.

But switching between actors like Swinton, Riseborough, etc could be fun. Might be a little strange and hard to sell though
