I could see Gunn casting Rooker as Parasite, Rudy Jones. Though I’d prefer someone closer to Clark/Lex in age for that character.

Also not that I want this, but the idea of Rooker as Brainiac is hilarious. “I got a twelfth level intellect, boy! And I make dem cities tiny!”

Given that the Kents are traditionally depicted as farmers from the Midwest region (where Jews only account for roughly 1% of the population), I've always seen them as Christian, maybe mainline Protestant. Jews are more prevalent in metropolitan areas like New York and Los Angeles.

It might be cool to inject a little Jewish culture (by way of imagery or what have you) into the House of El, though.
