Well said. Pharrell's 'Here' captured things well. "First class to nowhere."With that said Zimmer's theme is tender and somewhat romantic that I feel has a hint of inevitable doom/loss. I think Zimmer's theme explores their relationship as too much of a good thing and won't last long sadly.
Really enjoyed ASM2 soundtrack.
My favs from the cd are Sum Total & I Need To Know plus the last Electro battle score was epic too.
My absolute fav music part is when The Gentleman enters Oscorp for the 1st time such a great piece of music there. It really captivates the scale of what The Gentleman is all about even if the scene is brief.
For ASM3 I hope Zimmer is back and I wonder what kind of theme he'll make for say Kraven or Mysterio?
Mysterio - eerie monk humming sound not the same as Emperor Palpatine's theme but with majestic overall score.
Kraven - dramatic jungle music with pan pipes & bongos score?
Most is right. I think So Much Anger appears later, when Gwen and Peter are on the bridge and the power cuts out. Ground Rules is also featured during May's speech about packing Ben's belongings away, merging into You're That Spider Guy.

Somebody posted the tracks in chronological order of the film on Zimmer's website.
I just wanted to know if this was correct or not? I've only seen the film once (two weeks ago) and am a little fuzzy on where the tracks go in chronological film order. And am thinking about arranging it in that order instead of album order.
t:So does 'There He Is' come after 'Special Project' or some other track?
The plane sequence is something I hope to get my hands on.why didn't they include the theme of the parents? that was really friggin good, I had no idea the plane scene could be that heart wrenching

When Richard uses the gun, it's a very Zimmery piece of music. Scoring sessions please!
I alrease wonder what do people mean when they say something like that about it being very zimmery ?do they just mean great has ever thing he dose is form good to great to out of this world? lol

I mean it sounded like something he would do. It was epic sounding, booming and dramatic. With an emotional layer as the plane plummeted, and therefore resulting in Richard's death.I alrease wonder what do people mean when they say something like that about it being very zimmery ?do they just mean great has ever thing he dose is form good to great to out of this world? lol
Nice review EM, I was wondering what you thought of it. I'm glad Zimmer finally put out a superhero scorcoe that you enjoyed.t:
