One is a wisdom tooth so should have been pulled as a kid, the other was impacted upon that wisdom tooth so it never had a chance.

The other two just poor oral hygiene and wear and tear.

The jaw pain and headaches I'm in now are so less then the abscess and infections the teeth were causing, that I am actually in heaven even with bad pills.

Well that's good to hear. I had a bunch of work done a little while back but no teeth were pulled. I do remember when I went to see the dentist about something the last time I was in jail and they wanted to pull my tooth out. I told them hell no, those cheap bastards will pull your teeth out over any little thing haha

I really hope they release season 2 on Netflix with enough time for people to binge on it before season 3 drops. Hopefully that will bring ratings up for the next season. I just can't believe there are people out there who claim to be MCU fans and aren't watching it. It really is some of the best CBTV right now

Does anyone know anything about law here? Here is the situations, for those of you who remember one of my roommates had a mental breakdown, the cops were called and he was baker acted and sent to the psych ward at one of the hospitals. What worries me is the cops released his car to me and I told them to park it in the driveway since I didn't have a license. I then put his keys in his room. He was taken in a 72 hour hold but still hasn't showed back up at the house. The landlady cleaned out his room and said he isn't welcome at the house now and her husband asked me where his keys where and I told him in his room. Ever since then they have been using his car like theirs and now apparently they gave the car to the owner of the house who dates her mom in Tampa.

What I'm worried about is being liable for them basically stealing his car if he calls the cops when he gets back. I looked up the abandoned property law in FL and it says you have to wait 5 years and report it to the state which I know they didn't do. Also when I moved in here they make you sign this weird agreement/lease that says you are a guest in the house and technically work for the house (which is some type of facility legally) and I was told by her somewhere in that it also states they can take your property if you leave it. I don't think that thing is legal at all but they seem to think it is.

I haven't said anything to them yet because I don't want to cause problems but I also don't want to be held liable for the theft of this guys car. I also think they way they are treating him is really f***ed up.

So does anyone have any advice on this?

Well I just PM'ed one of the cops in the abuse of power thread but this has me kind of worried. As best I can tell though I never gave the keys to him, I just said where I put them so if any crap goes down it's gonna be on them, but I could be wrong. That's why I would like some advice before it goes down

EDIT: I also want to know if I should say something to them as well just so it's clear I'm not taking the heat for this

That's terrible. I can understand them not wanting him back, even if he has a genuine medical problem. But that's no reason to take any of his stuff, never mind his car. Doesn't even matter if they're legally entitled to it, what a bunch of *******s!

Ya it's messed up the way they are acting but he hasn't even been gone a week. They took all his stuff and I have no idea where they put it, I'm assuming they took it to Tampa. I know if I was him I'd call the cops and get them arrested but he is Filipino and doesn't like to cause trouble so I have no idea what he will do

Do you really want to stay with people ready to swoop on your worldly possessions? I'd be moving asap and calling the cops on this guy's behalf (once I'd moved, and assuming he hadn't) even if only to cause those guys problems.

Don't really have that option, I've been here for 2 years. Can't really blow up my spot because they are screwing that guy over, wish I could do something like that but it would put me in a really bad spot.
