I love that you called him "the dude" congrats on being my new favorite poster!.. and I don't think they've ever confirmed that guy is dead, so cameo is a possibility. And the only other poster out is Tony falling, but it's safe to assume there will be 2 more posters in the 2 more weeks until the trailer.

Are there any other posters of other characters other than Guy Pearce and Don Cheadle?

Was it firmly established that Frank Ashkani died in IM1 when the Dude used his little gadget on him and blew up his base, or was he just crippled? Since Ashkani was one of Gandhi's henchmen, who did have RDJ held captive, I wouldn't mind him showing up again in IM3 in a cameo.

He paralyzed them and had his mooks go all firing squad on them as he was leaving. I would think it strange they'd let him live but you know the rule about someones not being dead unless you see a body so...

The Dude's dudes could've shot all of Ashkani's men but as he was walking off, Flynn could've just assumed that Capt Robau was already incapacitated after he paralysed him and left him alive.

I'm okay with Maya getting one, seems she'll be a pretty big player in this. Also who else could really get one besides her or Tony (again) that will actually matter to the story?

id be shocked if anyone other than IM and WM get an action figure (eventually) (no one else was shown at toyfair) hell whiplash only got a tiny one i think?

According to James Badge Dale, Killian is the brains behind the outfit, but that doesn't mean he has a lot of screen time. "The last battle" might be one of his only scenes in the whole movie.

I don't know, Sam. The trailers seem to indicate he has a bigger role. For one thing, it looks like they're trying to play up a possible Killian/Pepper relationship.

Because of spoilers. One spoiler guy says Pepper is captured by Killian, and the other says that Pepper is held captive during the final fight. Put two and two together, Killian remains relevant until the final fight.

I wouldn't be surprised if the movie Killian is an amalagram of comic Killian and the Extremis-enhanced domestic-terrorist, Mallen, from Ellis' Extremis arc. While comic Killian only had a few pannels, Mallen was the main threat of the storyline. This may give Pierce much more screen time...
