I've always said that Iron Man is the most useless Avenger against Ultron, due to the fact that his suit is so easily hackable by our friendly neighborhood killer robot. So yeah, Tony most likely *can't* suit up for most of the film for fear of getting hacked.

I love the fact that Kevin Feige said that Tony Stark is paying/funding the Avengers and Cap is running/leading the team. It really makes it feel like THE AVENGERS now, not just SHIELD helping them out too.

Could this be the Bleeding Edge armor? At any rate, it looks fantastic. I hope we will get a Hot Toys figurine for it so we can see it in more vivid details.

Well in one of the Lego sets (I know they are not always accurate) Ultron was shown stealing Loki's scepter. I think somehow Ultron will use Loki's scepter for his nefarious needs. So this could be during the Avengers' Hydra bust with Tony taking the scepter back to the tower.

I love the fact that the Avengers, especially Thor, were majorly peeved at Ultron and that's why Thor made that challenge to it. I don't think they ever gotten this upset in the first Avengers movie.

Gorgeous and powerful. The Mark VII in Avengers was a bit too boxy while Mark 42 a bit too slim. This one is absolutely flawless...they just nailed it. My favorite suit yet by far.
