Joker "The Joker" in development with Todd Phillips and Martin Scorsese attached? - Part 2

god i hope this will do well at the box office so that we can have more.

I'm not that surprised honestly. I know everyone hates The Hangover sequels but if you really look at them visually the cinematography is really ambitious for the comedy genre. Also Godzilla King of the Monsters was gorgeous so Lawrence Sher has skill.

it will be a shame if this does end with him killing the waynes and we never see phoenix go toe to toe with Bats but that is just my little head cannon

no problem with this being a one time thing

This is a very good looking movie.

I wouldn't be surprised by any direction it could take. Todd Phillips' first movie was a GG Allin documentary.

Bruce Wayne is a 6 year old kid in this movie. Do you want a rookie Batman to go toe to toe with an elderly Joker?

Nightmare.

The scariest thing in the trailer was Phoenix's laugh.

Film Twitter will have a field day with that.

Joker is an unreliable narrator. This movie could be revealed to be an exaggeration of the truth, and then they could tie it into Pattinson’s Batman. It’s really not impossible given the nature of the characters.

Not impossible but highly improbable. Despite Joker being an unreliable narrator, this narrative stretchs just too far from the norm.

I picked up Hamill vibes a bit the first time Arthur laughs in the trailer!!!
