If Joker has an origin, I prefer it to be multiple choice.
That WOULD be an interesting way to incorporate his obsession with smiles, but I think that would be more appropriate for Pyg.I like the idea of Joker being a failed dentist or someone with a morbid fascination with dentistry. An evil clown dentist would be pure nightmare fuel.
I was just trying to incorporate a way to imply him being much older than everyone thinks he is. He'd use flesh-colored makeup to hide his chalky, pale skin without us knowing just when the heck that part actually happened. I feel like I'm making this much more convoluted than it needs to be.Well if he’s a cop, that would be one of his origin’s, just like the vat of chemicals. And before he was a cop, we don’t know where he came from...what made him that way.
@AndyTrevino so he would use makeup again? I’d rather my theory where he falls into chemicals after he caused so much chaos as a police officer. He’d be Joker his whole life. Only, the chemicals was the “final look” that he needed to break off into his own. The clown was always in him but he needs a theatrical gimmick just like Bruce needed the Batman gimmick to complete his final form.

May the floss be with you!Well not exactly. Pyg is more like a messed up plastic surgeon. Imagine Joker saying the worst things you never want to hear from a dentist like
“Oh no, you have a really small mouth. I’m going to have to pry it open a lot more”
“Let’s see how far we can recede those gums”
*holding a power drill* “open wide and Aaaaaahhhhhhhahahahaha”
“Life is short, so smile while you still have teeth”
Third film. Have Joker stage a riot in Arkham and set a few characters free.Great vibe for Pyg, who I desperately want to see Reeves tackle, feels a little off for Joker.
Lol that sounds like that bad horror movie I saw when I was kid about a psychotic dentist. Or Isaac Yankem if you were a wrestling fan in 1995. Pass.
I don't think he needs dentures. Just restrict the damage to his skin and maybe eyeballs, like a case of albinism gone wrong. On the topic of Joker and dentistry... I really want Joker who's chemical mishap destroyed his teeth making him need dentures. If you have seen Skyfall, the villain in that survived taking a cyanide pill and it had this effect. And it makes for really good body horror joker, and gives him a prop to use.

I don't even really want him to have them big teefs either. He definitely doesn't need dentures, but they could use dentures as another way to bring focus to his mouth. And with dentures you can give him the slightly too big, gaudy teeth. And you can have an organic but theatrical transformation moment from classy Joker, to monster Joker
He should always be mentioned in a Joker casting thread.Ben Foster hasn't been brought up in a while.
For good reason. He’s 40 and looks 55. He’d be in a makeup chair for 5 hours as they apply hair on his head before they ever get to the makeup.Ben Foster hasn't been brought up in a while.
