That dude looks like a valet not a cop. The jacket has some kind of company logo on it. And his nose seems thinner whereas Keoghan's is more bulbous.

Also Keoghan has a notable scar on his right cheek.

The nose is different. And he wasn’t cast as a valet. Yeah, Barry was brought to England during a pandemic to have a scene where he parks Bruce Wayne’s car. And Barry is super proud of his role. Lol come on guys, use your brains. This man held his own with Colin Farrell and Nicole Kidman and stole scenes right from underneath them. He's also the main villain in a huge Marvel Eternals movie and he's just gonna park cars like a good ol chap for a scene or two? And then they'll cut him and take him out of the credits lmao. Seriously guys, get it together
