After some thinking, I think the Grampa look for his Joker could work really well, not for a whole movie, but maybe (pretty small maybe) for a few scenes. That could set him apart with him being the Joker who changes up his makeup design and outfits. Basically exactly like Leto's multiple suits, although nowhere near as frequent.
The first time I saw someone mention the Grampa look for Adrien Brody it took me a few minutes to realize what they were talking about
