The Joker Thread - Part 1

Funnily enough, that same source said that they may/were going to use Flashpoint to retcon MoS, BvS, and Justice League out of the DCEU and incorporate Battinson.
I wonder if Robert's Batman will have Jason,Gal& Ezra in his JL or start out fresh with a new actors for this Batman. In a interview Jason said he doesn't think his Aquaman will meet this Batman. It's weird to be honest, are they going to treat Snyder's JL like Fox's X-men and reboot with only keeping one actor or start out fresh:huh:.If so I have some actors in mind I wouldn't in the rebooted JL and the fan casting here will be amazing!!:yay:

Maybe I’m the only one here who thought Rami sucked as Mercury. Not really a fan of his. Plus he looks like a bug. Can’t shake it.

I definitely feel he has the capability of bringing a certain level of intensity and uniqueness to the role if he were cast.

his look fits imo. Haven't seen his Mercury turn yet, but he's quite good in Mr. Robot tho. Or at least the first season since that's all I've seen.

He's a very good actor, but he's also an ******* who can't keep a job.

It's not a good performance, but he's great on Mr Robot.
That show has great writers and they take their time. I think if Bohemian Rhapsody had a different director, The movie would have turned out a little better. The whole Bryan Singer controversy didn't help the film at all.

I think, between his roles in Funny Games and Hannibal, Pitt has more than proven he can play a charismatic, entertaining psycho killer

Nah, Malek was actively bad as Freddie but that had more to do with the awful prosthetic teeth he had to work around and the movie itself being a horrendous, disrespectful dumpster fire than a lack of talent on his part. Rami's great otherwise though.

Michael Pitt would be awesome, though I see him more as a Riddler than Joker, but Eddie is totally right. A headline saying "Michael Pitt has been cast as the Joker" has a very good chance of being followed shortly thereafter by "Michael Pitt drops out of The Batman sequel over 'creative differences.' "
