And Will Smith as Green Lantern actually isn't a bad idea, itd just be so damn expensive and his name would overshadow everyone else's.

I like a lot the idea of Charlie Hunman as Batman.

Also, Hayley Hatwell would be a good Wonder Woman but she already was in CA. But I like David Oyelowo as Green Lantern and Aaron Paul as The Flash.

I have a feeling Henry Cavill won't be Superman in this one, given Nolans involvement with MOS and Snyder already saying that. But I for one have ZERO interest in seeing two Supermen on the big screen at the same time. Especially if Cavill knocks it out of the park. And I think WB would shoot themselves in the foot in that case. Imagine Marvel recasting RDJ for Avengers... But if that's how Nolan will want it, he'll have his way.

Nolan completed his involvement with the Man of Steel franchise in October 2010 when he cast Zack Snyder. He has said as such on several occasions.

Zack has recently seen to be more flexible on the matter.

Well that's kind of what I meant with that. WB may already be dead set on a standalone JLA but if Cavill turns in a brilliant performance, I'd really hate to see that, because a (truly) great Superman is hard to find. If he doesn't sufficiently impress, then I wouldn't care if they recast him.

Hmm, I don't know, his last 3 movies made almost 3 billion at the WW BO in the past 4 years so he probably has quite a strong position at WB.

And I don't believe anything that Nolan says. t:

If he's off the film, why did Zack say ´´Don't tell Chris`` at SDCC before playing the footage? Why did Goyer recently say at NYCC he can't speak too much about the film or Nolan will teleport him out of there? Why does Syncopy have a logo in the teaser (and Cruel and Unusual Films doesn't?).

I know Nolan had nothing to do with actually making the film, but he still seems to be a behind the scenes figure when it comes to certain decisions (like marketing). That's why im skeptical about MOS leading into the JLA.

I still think recasting batman is gonna be hard not because finding an actor is gonna be hard but because the GA wont like it the GA spent the past 6 years following the journey of Bruce with Bale in a financially and critically successful series 2 of which grossed over a billion dollars WW.the GA had a hard time accepting andrew as the new spiderman and that was coming off the horrible sm3 and just 6 years since last raimi film with tobey how will the reaction be to only 3 years later coming off a film everyone loved with a 87% RT rating when it comes to replacing christian bale.

what is everyone thoughts on how the GA is gonna react to a batman recast in 2015 JL when bale last played batman this year of 2012???

Snyder said as Comic-Con that there going to first sort out whats going on with Superman on his own, once that's done they will focus on involving him in other projects.

If Man of Steel is successful, WB would be insane not to include Cavill in a Justice League film not to mention the many cameo rumors in Man Of Steel which Snyder has been asked about to which he has yet to actually say no there not true to, he just answers them the same way he answers the Zod questions lol (hope ppl, there is hope)

They'll wait til next summer to announce if Cavill is a part of Justice League or not. I imagine they'll be thinking of a back-up actor in the meantime. I'd say by June-ish we'll know (or they'll know rather). They can make that decision last minute even if they begin shooting in the fall of 2013.

They may even be shooting in 2014...we dont know yet. It's gonna be a while before we know any information on the casting.

If they start shooting around this time next year, i can see Fassbender being able to do it. We dont know his schedule, but he'll be finished with X-Men plus a few other films by then.

I like the idea of MOS being its own thing, but i dont wanna see 2 Supermans.

it depends on how much of a reboot it is. if it's a hard reboot, with origin story etc, i can see people being turned off by it.

if they plan on having him strictly in the justice league films, then i don't think they'd have that much of a problem.

if there's one thing to come away with regarding a post nolan dc cinematic universe, is that the origin story is fresh enough in the ga minds that it doesn't need to be revisited.

while obviously, the universe wouldn't be as cohesive as marvel (who cares really) they're much better off with having an established batman, as opposed to a noob anyway. i hope that's the route they take.
