If MOS wins over the audience they'll be pretty pissed to learn that there's ANOTHER Superman for JL. I have no worries. Cavill be in JL i'm sure.

Batman wont get rebooted for some origin story repeat. It'll be an established Batman and im sure it'll be connected to JL as well. Even if they keep Bats exclusive to 2 Justice League films and wait for the solo reboot, it will STILL begin with a Batman movie that has Bruce Wayne deep into his career already.

Let's say the next actor to play Batman (in Justice League) is exclusive to that world. The best thing for WB to do is to cast a guy who is close to 40 years old. With much experience as the Batman. Then several years later when they launch solo flicks, they can use a younger actor who is portraying an early 30s Batman (perhaps prequels to JL?).

It should be a simple process. But the most simple thing to do would be to cast Batman for JL and keep him for about 3 Bat solos, and it's a done deal.

That aside, who do you guys think will play Alfred in the Justice League film? He'll have a critical role with Batman.

I like that guy who played the guy who raised Hellboy in those movies

Abbie Cornish as Diana/WW wouldn't be bad choice actually and I think Chiwetel Ejiofor would be an inspired choice to play Jonn'z/Martian Manhunter or John Stewart/GL if Stewart winds up being in the script, which I don't believe he is.

so according to jackie collins, the reason matt bomer wasn't cast as clark by the studio, for brett ratner's flyby, was because he was gay.


i hope that's ********, but if true, I hope they're not as narrow minded as they use to be, or its bye bye luke evans.

I mean, the US isn't as advanced as most countries are on the issue. We're still not prepared for widespread homosexual acceptance. Its unbelievable how homophobic people can get over here

I have to see him in more to be sure of his acting, but Hoechlin definitely looks like the ideal young Bruce Wayne to me.

This is mostly hotties and beefcake. Going by looks is the absolute worst way to cast this. Trust me, Christian Bale wasnt ANYONES idea Bruce Wayne based on looks. Same with RDJ. They will need, for the most part, seasoned top-notch acting talent to pull this movie off. Some younger, some older. "Looking" like the generic characters from the comics is irrelevant beyond a general fitness.

shauner111, we have the same dream cast. probably not gonna happen, but thats the caliber of actors you will need in most of the roles. (Juries still out on Cavill of course.) Fassy in particular would be a great Bruce Wayne, but I doubt he'd be interested.

still fairly skeptical about this whole project. its gonna take a great director, a decent script, a top notch cast (including supporting roles), and a boatload of money to pull off. we shall see.
