That image came up in Google search for Regan. But the image is certainly impressive.
Not a bad choice if the powers that be were choosing. 5'9", just turned 31 a virtual unknown except for viewers of the "Legend of the Seeker" which is probably not much. Has that girl next door look to her. Had a bit of experience with action role in said show. And has the right body type. Just need to tone up. WW strength is from magic so doesn't really matter if muscles are light. Hey it's magic! Don't need explanation for that!

Wonder Woman needs to be beautiful. I see women of Bridget Regans beauty level everywhere. This is Wonder Woman:

Wonder Woman is supposed to be the prettiest woman in the DCU. Why limit ourselves when there are so many gorgeous actresses who can also act better than her.

I agree that WW needs to be beautiful, most beautiful in the DCnU or DCU...that's subjective I don't care what the writers say lol.

Anywho I agree that actress needs to be breathtaking beautiful.

However, also keep in mind the wonders of makeup. I was just watching Tron yesterday and the Siren Gem played by Beau Garrett is jaw dropping sexy in the movie. However, if you go to her imdb page she looks very average though still pretty. In FF2 she played the military soldier and was still better looking than her imdb page, but not as pretty than in Tron.

So really the actress just needs to have that wow factor and be a natural beauty.

I definitely wouldn't mind Odette playing Wonder Woman in the Amazon TV Series. In fact, she IS my first choice.
I think she has the height and the look. She is a bit skinny but that sort of thing can be sorted out. She is a decent actress with a decent resume (she's not a one shot actress- she is known for quite a few things now). But her acting quotient isn't quite high enough to trust a multi-million dollar movie on her.

I'm sticking with Alexa Davalos for Wonder Woman as my number one choice. As for her looks, when numerous people tell me my manip of her looks like a young Catherine Zeta-Jones, I think she's perfect for the moment.
